The staff at State Farm were very curtious and very professional. I have had different insurance agencies and I have never received the customer service that I got from Marios staff, especially Adrian, Sonia Brian and Alex. Great job guys.

Alex was very informational and friendly. He broke down the cost for car insurance among other things. I didn’t feel pressured to buy insurance here unlike other places. I did some shopping around, and I still found myself coming back here. Great environment!

Alex was amazing!! Went above and beyond when answering questions and informing us of thing that we didn’t think off. Will be recommending him and his office the people I know.

This office is super friendly. Adrian is super nice from the billing department, Brian and Sonia always help me with any questions I may have. I definitely recommend her service and knowledge to anyone looking for assistance with claims life policies or any other issue because she is quick to help out and very responsive courteous and professional. Do not get insurance form this agent office!!! Horrible customer service. The staff does not know what they are doing costing its loyal customers extra $$$. They also do not provide timely assistance to policy issues.

I have been with statefarm for 25 years. Agent Mario Castaneda has guided me on the policies I need for our family including insurance for my puppy .

I just recently left a really poor serviced insurance company.My search for a better insurance company began very stressful,with very poor options until I got on the phone with,Mr.Alex Franco.I could of sworn it was Jake himself.LOL He was friendly and explained things so well and helped me choose a plan that consisted of way more then just your average car insurance.I also ended up with a Life Insurance Policy all for the same price as I was paying with the last company for only car insurance which could never provide a tow.SMH I asked if I could pick up copies aside of the forms that were emailed with Mr.Alex due to the location being so close to home.He advised me I could and had them ready as quickly as I walked in.Wasted no time and gave me all the in hand information and extra accessories such as folders/pens,offered me a refreshment and even made not so sales pitchy conversation.LOL All in all Im glad I spoke to Mr.Alex and was treated the way I was over the phone and upon arrival.Wonderful Service & Insurance Plans and Options.Thank You So if looking for insurance I highly recommend this North ave& Keeler location and highly recommend Mr.Alex Franco.Like a good neighbor Alex is there !! The team at the Castañeda agency is very knowledgeable and definitely go out of they're way to teach coverages and advice the clientele with the best possible options.

This location was very helpful after calling around trying to get a Surety Bond Title for my car I called almost 8 insurance companies that different offer it or used to but stop and I got a quote on my car insurance that was reasonable especially when the agent expressed that you have better claims service because there company has been in business for a long time I'm definitely considering switching when my other coverage expires
