This business engages in false advertising. Everything on a vehicle listings page will imply the price shown is the true price of the vehicle. Then if you look through the PHOTOS of the vehicle on a separate page, a banner is displayed saying price shown is actually the minimum down payment. There is even a financing calculator on the vehicle main page with entries stating: PRICE and DOWN PAYMENT. The falsely advertised price is automatically input while the down-payment is set to 0. They also manage to trick car buying apps with their falsely advertised prices. Also, these reviews are obviously fake. Bunch of slimeballs running this place. I wouldn't trust them at all.

Hi, I am in your data base because auto bank would call & text me many times to make a payment but why pay for a car when It's not drivable & I now have to fix because you wouldn't fix it in the first place. :) DO NOT recommend getting a car from here at all. READ THIS. don't waste time & money here, unless you want a broken down car. even if you don't have your license or big enough down payment, whatever the case is lol. I Bought my car in April 2021, brought my car in the next month for service in May 2021 because 1)They sold me my car with the sunroof not working and needed a new battery but they forgot about it. 2) Didn't even have the car for a month & the brakes were already going bad & didn't even tighten the clips when got them "done" & 3) when I turned my car first thing it started to make a noise but after that you would not hear it. & told me nothing was wrong, & I even showed proof. UPDATE : August 2021, my car broke down & would not start. Now I need a new timing chain & oil pump, Which is the cost of my car note for 2 months. Sadly.

Autobank is great. Wanna give a huge shout out to Issac. Man, I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for the biggest blessing. I had a vehicle that was not doing so well. After each repair (which autobank did without a problem) it was to no avail. We tried everything! Well Issac made it a way where I could trade the car in for another and totally wiped out my balance due. WOW! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL. As of September 15 2021 I do not recommend this place at all it’s a joke how is it that google and your website have different hours of operation and different numbers than when you call to get help no one answers or they transfer you multiple times to a voicemail. Poor service, high payments, disrespectful employees. Wouldn't suggest doing business with them. Brought their repair coverage but every time I try to get a repair they deny me saying nothing is wrong with the car. In response to the reply. There is water leaking in my truck when I go to the car wash or when it rain. I caught it on video and sent it. But still haven't received a response on when I can get it fixed. I left my car with you an entire day, and the issue wasn't fixed. My work schedule had changed. I work Monday thru Friday 845am to 545 pm. How will I be able to get my car serviced? The service department closed on weekends.

Nancy worked with me and she was so helpful. I highly recommend this dealership ! They work with you even with not that much credit. I was in a tough situation and they helped me leave with a 2017 Jeep! With low miles too and they even have cpi insurance just in case anything serious happens with the car. And payments are reasonable too.

I was happy for the approval but now I totally regret it . I had a couple issue with the car when I got it and the manager told me bring it back the next day because it was to late in the day when I first got it. So next day come in I bring it back and how he don’t have no idea about what’s going on, I also send pictures of everything and told him the car is saying something about the transmission and he told me to take it the shop down the street which the man looked at everything in said the oil was bad and the transmission was going to give out sometime soon. Now I have a problem again because my car won’t start at most times I got the battery check in it’s not that . I keep calling auto bank and No manager answering the phones now. Everybody claim they can’t help with my problem. Which is crazy because no one had this attitude when I was inquiring about a vehicle. Now I have big regrets on getting a vehicle with auto bank
