I took out a title loan 4/13/22 paid it off in full on 5/13/22 I asked for my title I was told it is not in the office that they have to wait for the DMV I call the following week I was told after you pay it off using your debit card have to wait 7 days before you get your title although I paid it off and that is not in the contract that I was provided I was given a document by there office and they stated I can go to the DMV since I don't want to wait for my title in the mail and since they sent the lien info late I still do not have my title I have to wait 15 more days they have not been professional I told them I hope you understand my frustration I asked for the district manager phone number and it was not provided to me I said that if I owed money on my loan you would be ready to pick up my car but I paid it off in a month and I am the one being inconvenience

She spoke to me as if I were a child, assumed I was another customer because she didn't want to take my info to look up my account, and was all around nasty. Go to any other location. Yesterday I had the pleasure and amazing experience to had the best customer service by two oustanding employee's of TitleMax. I thank to Ana and Laura for not only helping and caring for my personal situation but they also made sure I was satisfied with the service provided including little things like a bottle of water. They work with me to make sure my needs were met and I was able to obtain the much emergency loan I need it. Once again their care and customer service is not only impeccable, they are also very respectful and bilingual. They can help you in English and Spanish making your experience more comfortable for the customer. I am definitely satisfied with the great customer service provided by Ana and Laura at Titlemax and I highly recommend them to any future customer, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Wow, Talk about amazing service. I was immediately greeted with a genuinely warm welcome, the store was very busy, but Anna A. still made it a point to offer me the amenities and acknowledge that they would be with me ASAP, so I took advantage and accepted the full treatment. We are living in very uncertain times, and seeking out assistance can be difficult and humbling for those of us whom have had their professions flipped upside down. Because of the current conditions of the world and elevated stress levels, it's not easy to keep a smile on, while trying to put out fires for everyone else. Anna was not only great to me, but every customer she served before me, speaking multiple languages and constantly checking on the well being of everyone in the waiting room, constantly apologizing for the wait (even though we could clearly see it couldn't be helped that we all showed up at the same time). ALL OF THIS, and at the same time training and assisting (new to the Branch) employee Laura T. Whom also provided a very fun and uplifting environment. TitleMax LLC should view these women as assets to their brand, I've never been in a position in my life to need to borrow money (not being arrogant) during hardship, it can be a very humbling experience, and it was an extremely pleasant experience with these ladies. I was impressed to see such organically efficient service during such busy times, God Bless and thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience last week at this location. This was my first time getting a title loan so as you can imagine, I was very apprehensive. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and acknowledged by the staff. I sat down with Fernando who is the general manager and he walked me through the entire lending process, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. The process took about 35 minutes, but this was my first time asking for a loan, so they needed to gather my information which is understandable. While I waited I was treated some snacks and water. After I was approved Fernando shook my hand and acknowledged me by my first name. I've worked retail for many years and I know great customer service when I see it. I definitely recommend this location. Great customer service and a smooth lending process.

Fernando was awesome! I’m not one to post reviews but the service was exceptional. I’m on a tight schedule and he made it quick and easy, and i was able to deposit my check in time to finish Christmas shopping. I’d definetly come back to see him! (:

My car was totally fine before pulling up right when I leave the office my car sounds funny, come to find out my catalytic converter is missing. Learn from my mistake and go outside with them to inspect and take pictures of your car all 5 times In response to the response, it would be nice if an agent would come to the phone

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. The manager failed to communicate with me on multiple occasions. Her name was Anna, not only was she rude but she didn’t provide me with any help or information. Instead of helping me she continually said she’d call back and give me answers and never did. I understand that you don’t need much of an education to be a TitleMax manager but her lack of professionalism was ridiculous.

The whole experience was easy and professional. Ana especially went out of her way to help me out, she's amazing. It has been a difficult time and it was nice to get help without all the hassle. Thank you!
