The staff was very helpful and friendly, they greeted me with a smile! Janie, Monica was the bomb, Breanne always helps me when I come here and she has a wonderful smile and a great customer service attitude. Kudos to the whole staff at Nacogdoches.

Coming in for a loan and Tina was geeting from her with a smile and everything through out all the process she was verbally clear and very straight forward. It is a really great store been here before and all were great in my views with any questions or concerns.

I was helped Aaron, Ramiro, Mel. Friendly people and great services. Explained the loan so that I could understand and had me in and out in a timely manner.

Mel, Leah and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasant experience each time we go there.

Just moved here and couldn't find anywhere to cash my check but they were able to do it. They also offered their loans and I got the extra cash I needed. Super thankful, everyone was so nice to me! They have great customer service. Especially that Sandra girl, she is a great employee and deserves a raise!

They didn't want to revify check for me they basically told me to try some where else and also my husband has a account with them and drove all the way across town to this location and they denied him bcz he didn't have his i.d I think the staff here are jst lazy and not helpful at all they don't deserve that job the lady taking information down was to tired to get the number correct threw the phone if u don't like it job jst quit never will go to this speedy cash ever again in my life y'all get zero stars from my husband n I

I needed to cash a check at 7:45pm after getting off work late. Monica and the staff were near closing time and there were several issues with getting it cashed none of them on their end and they went the extra mile for me. I really appreciate the service and assistance from them. By far the best check cashing location i have dealt with. Highly recommend you use them.
