I have had a few unexpected situations that have left me behind financially. This is the third time I’ve come to this location, every time I’m treated with so much respect. This my second time meeting with Valerie and I have to say no matter how I feel she always makes me feel better. Cynthia is so sweet. She talked with my thru out the process and answered all 99 questions i had 😜 We figured out what i would need to take care of my unexpected issue and got me what i needed. I had a very positive experience with title max at this location. The general manager, Valerie, thoroughly explained a different program to me that better suited my needs. She listened to my questions and concerns and addressed each and every point to my complete satisfaction. I also had a similar experience with her assistant when I returned with a a few more questions when she was out of the office. TitleMax should be proud to have two employees who are so kind, patient, and knowledgeable of the products they are selling which allows the consumer to make the best possible decision for their particular circumstance.

Great location. Valerie is awesome. She makes sure you are taken care of and if you have any questions you can call and ask and she is great at explaining things, and is super quick. I will be back when times are tough!

Now I know why these places have SUCH a bad reputation. I borrowed 5,000 and payed almost 8k!!!!! I thought I would only be paying 5,800. Tell me why the interest was almost 3,000 and I didn’t even know it????!! That should have been discussed the 30 min I was in there signing the paperwork!!! This is a scam how it’s legal I’ll never know. They prey on the people who are in need and take advantage of it. Please tell me WHY Intrest rates should EVER be that high?! Also the fact that everything I thought was all wrong everything I was told was a lie it blew my mind I couldn’t believe it. They had me feeling like I was crazy. I’m an honest person. And they just lied to my face. They will get you to sign the dotted line the. They will ruin your life **DONT DO IT**** also it’s funny no business has ALL five star reviews theirs always someone Who didn’t have a perfect experience, you guys delete the bad reviews to? To mislead people who read reviews first? Not surprised! Lol

This store is A1 the staff was so helpful and the time I spent in the store was nothing but pleasant. I wish all loan companies operated like this particular location I went to. Keep up the good work. I also went a little late and the reps stayed a little after close to make sure I was taken care of.

Thanks to the GOOGLE REVIEWS help, I found " this " Title Max on my phone with about another 5-8 Payday and Title Loan companies to choose from, but this LOCATION had the best customer reviews. I have never done this before so I was very skeptical and nervous. I was assisted by Valerie and she was so nice, easy, fast processor and felt like I was meeting up with an old friend NOT like a banker or someone who is rude and smug. Tatianna and Valerie were BOTH very kind, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel Welcomed and both ladies deserve to recognized for their hardwork, professionalism and GETTING ME IN and OUT and making me " understand" the loan, repayments and how to use the APP which is so so so CONVENIENT ....you can pay right from the APP. Valerie made sure I knew all ALL MY OPTIONS and what they could offer on my Car since I am getting surgery soon and need about $1800 ...so I am very happy with this Location and Staff.
