Marissa is rude. Sounded annoyed that I was going in about 30 minutes before they closed and then called me right before I got there saying their systems had been down for an hour and they can’t do anything for me.

predatory lending at its finest, received a mailer w items I need to produce, then emailed them as asked. Arrived there staff had no idea who i was. at the end i was not approved on some technicality that is for certain made up, dont wast your time. go to world finance just down the street see Alex, in and out with the same loan i was denied for by this so called business.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was welcomed in gleefully by the staff. Monica was patient, charismatic and professional during my stay. After all the paperwork and signatures, I was distributed cash and left in a timely manner. Thank you! 10/10

They changed their early payoff policy so if you're used to paying off in a 5-7 day time-frame you'll end up paying alot more than before. Service could be much faster as well. Waited almost 25 minutes to get attended. Plus half the time I go they seem to have computer issues. Also they mess up your due date and will not refund you the funds they deducted from your account. Will not be doing business with them again. The manager is very unprofessional and will be calling the corporate office to complain about the bad service.

The manager is lovely. The process was quick & painless. No one looks down on you, you’re treated with respect. My only suggestion is the same for anyone getting a loan like this from anywhere. Pay it off early! If you can pay more than double your payment each time, do it. The interest rates in this world are astonishingly high. I appreciate the transparency & explanation of fees and APR’s that I received. These loans should be used in emergency situations only. That being said, I will definitely return should I have need.

I would like to know who the friendly people were that some of these reviewer‘s who couldn’t be working for the cash store right? Well anyway who could they be and when do they go there? The staff is rude then when you try to call the corporate office you’re better off trying to call Uber support, you’re better off getting a loan from the loan sharks on the street there faster and to the point these guys flat out lie

They are fairly nice, move slow when it comes to applying for a loan, however they don't waste no time calling your work the morning of payment...like didn't even allow me an opportunity to call them. I thought that was a lil much especially since my loan isn't huge! I'm glad I answer the phones at my job, so I would encourage you call them first thing when they open the day an appt is due to avoid annoying calls to everyone you listed on the application.
