Mark was exceptional - he helped my fiancée and I get a great loan and walked us through the process thoroughly since it was our first time doing this. He is an excellent conversationalist which made this process so much better, even when other customers came in he was able to address them but not direct his attention away from us fully which is something I really appreciate in customer service. Mark also answered any and all questions without skipping a beat and made sure we knew about all fees and interest rates so we wouldn’t be blind sided by payments. This was by far the best first experience we could have had and we’re so lucky we had Mark for our first time! Thank you!
