Great folks here at MBH. We closed on our old house back in 2016. Now, 6 years later, we needed some documentation that we didn't have. One phone call and a few emails later, we had the exact documentation that we needed. Judy answered the phone and got the ball rolling for us. She was super-friendly on the phone and very easy to talk to and work with. She forwarded our request to their super-star settlement post-closer, Amanda, who definitely went the extra mile for us to get us the documents we needed. And she did it happily and promptly. She even made a phone call to a loan officer for us and offered her phone number if anything else was needed. A million points, Amanda!! Wish I could give these folks 10 stars. If you need to close on a property, make sure you tell your agent that you want MBH Settlement Group to do it. These folks are top shelf!

I have worked with MBH on a business level for years. I always enjoy it and they are always professional. I recently had the pleasure of working with them on a personal level when I purchased my own home. It was so nice to know that with all of the stresses of buying a home, I did not have to worry at all about my title work, closing process and recording my deed. Philip, Sandra, Lauran and all of the staff at MBH are excectional!!!!

Excellent home purchasing & closing experience! My wife and I had no issues getting our new home purchased with the help of MBH. Their online portals were very straightforward and helped us keep on top of all the documents and signatures required to keep the ball rolling. I had to act as power of attorney for my wife during the day of closing, and Shelly was really excellent walking me through all of the particular details to sign the documents properly. She made the day of closing a wonderful experience that I will look back on fondly. I would highly recommend MBH for any homebuyers, whether first-time homeowners or veterans of the industry.

Fantastic experience. It wasn't exactly a smooth close as we had some hiccups. MBH handled everything beautifully. When the day finally came, it was smooth inside the very lovely MBH office.

My opinion may be squed alittle since this was my first time buying a home and having to deal with a settlement company but I think my wife and I can both agree we really hope its our last time. I understand the concept of the title company/settlement company but it seemed like to me a "middle man" that was never on the same page as everyone else, couldn't get there info straight, poor communication all around, and I'm sure cost me a arm and a leg (for what looked like zero work). We had to use a App to communicate which made it a chore because it wasn't streamlined with the other bazillion emails, texts and phone calls I received on a daily basis. When we did talk, it was delayed/late most of the time ( I had already contacted someone else to get the answer I needed or provide paperwork requested ). I'm in the military so I understand the idea of "hurry up and wait" but they would ask for something randomly without notice and acted like they needed it now or else, like it was my fault they waited. Like I said, maybe I'm not a great example but I have had other friends and family who have had much better experiences buying a home in all aspects working with different company's so maybe shop around.

They made it easy! Have lots of friends that have gone with other companies that had to jump through more hoops than we did on our closing. Couldn’t be happier!
