Rosie, OMG, Rosie made me feel like we had been friends all of our lives. She never missed a beat processing my paperwork while holding a conversation with me. Kris Hernandez was super friendly fast & efficient. He told me straight up what the deal would b & exactly why. The whole process took 30 minutes & 10 of those minutes was myself deciding what I wanted to do. This is totally for a short term basis only & I will tell u not to go thru with if u dont believe u can pay off within the first month.

Update: yes she's friendly but apparently did not process the type of loan I requested & now I've paid 1200.00 in interest & cso fees & nothing towards the actual principle. Chris is the rudest person to deal with & tries to sound nice enough while being demeaning. This is the last time I will deal with the store location the online process is much better. Betty was awesome! Very professional and answered all my questions.

I have never been to any place here in Texas where the people was as polite as they was in League City TitleMax. Chris was very friendly professional and polite. In the lady that was at the desk beside him was always smiling. I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience getting a title loan.

I've been going to this location for three years and could never go anywhere else. I don't go often, but when I do, Kris Hernandez remembers me by name (We both have the same name).The staff is friendly and courteous. I'm greeted at the door, asked if I want water, and they even offered to charge my phone for me when I mentioned it was running low on battery.

Horrible experience. Was given a quote over the phone, drive all the way to the League City location, title in my hand, just to be turned around AT THE DOOR!! Oh, after he stood there holding the door watching us get the babies out of the hot car. Mind you, there is minor damage to my car. Actually it needs a small piece of paneling on the drivers side that was pulled off, just waiting on the part. But anyway he was like, "I know we spoke over the phone and you told me about the damage but ""I don't think"" our lenders will loan to you." Well it's not about what YOU think Sir. You should have done your job and then let the lender do their job, deciding whether THEY want to lend. You didn't try at all! You didn't even bother. Said he would have to take a picture and send it to the loaners during the evaluation. And I would've been okay with that, would've even posed alongside the car for the photo but Since when are we taking pictures??? Bottom line is you didn't want to help, didn't try to help, you saw two women and felt like you could tell them anything and they'd go for it and about their way! So wish this Ines lady had been there!! Sir, you should have left your smug attitude in your little shiny red car before clocking in for the day. So disappointed with you Guys. And Texas City location said just the opposite. "You may not get the amount you're requesting due to whatever damage, but yes we can still make loans on damaged vehicles." Car runs fine, ac works, tinted windows, radio, the works.

First time going to Title Max and the service with Kristopher Hernandez was amazing! I was skeptical about the whole process but he made this experience a great one. I would recommend anyone having financial troubles, to go see the staff at Title Max in league city! Best customer service experience ever.
