Rosie is really a pleasure. Whenever I need to make a payment she’s always happy to help with a smile on her face every time. I had issue once with an account change that I wasn’t aware of and she figured out what to do so I could make my payment on time. People like her are hard to find. Thanks Rosie and Ace!

So it’s my last week at my current job and they decided to give me hard checks to insure I worked the whole week, before I started my new better job. I got out late from work and my bank was closed I tried to go to Walmart and other places but they would not cash my check since I had never cashed a check before, given I normally get direct deposit. I tried Ace for the first time and the staff was so nice and understanding they cashed my check within minutes and I was free to go on with the rest of my day

Cheryl was fast extremely articulate helped with all my needs an went above and beyond. She is a problem solving perfectionist!!!

Rosie was an amazing representative who provide tremendous help resolving fraudulent activity on my card while I was out of town. She was able to facilitate for me to have access to my funds immediately without 10 days for a new card. We could use more Rosie's in this world!

I understand if and when ppl are new but kind of sucks to go where you always go to make your car payment and even show previous receipts for employee to still not know how to process it nor attempt to call and ask for help to do so. Very poor customer service at least offer to find a solution in my opinion rather than have the customer say they will find another location that will process their needs.
