"Excellent service thank you mily". 👀🤔Okay. Although I signed off on this service and paid it off within a month, I don't think they knew I was a Google reviewer and I did not put this up here. I will say that Mily did help me very quickly and it was easier than other title loan companies. I do reccomend people to apply here if you have problems at other places. The one thing that I do not like is people who can control my review feed and I had this happen before with Titlemax and no one bothered to tell me they would and could do this. Now I know they did this without notifying me. I will have to contact corporate about this matter. If they want my business, then this needs to stop!😡 Now I have to go to my bank and get a new card and secure my account as this kind of control bothers me. Not cool! Also kind of odd for a title loan company to have this many reviews and to maintain a 5 star rating. They do not see that this is a bit questionable? 5 out of 552 reviews are not a 5 star rating?

Just when I thought it couldn't get any better. Like a sign falling from the sky there it was, Oh My God it is an actual sign, large blue and white, all up in my face, "Title Max", I almost missed the turn into the driveway distracted by the bright from above. (the sign)lol Well, it turned out to be a tremendous blessing after inquiring about Loan options. Not only does Title Max have incredible rates, but terms that fit your needs. Well, in my case, Exactly what I was looking for. To make the experience That much more enjoyable the Ladies on duty, Rita and Kimberly were an absolute delight, I mean willing to divolge everything I needed to know about what I can do, what I can't do, how easy it is, options, bottom line, just complete knowledge to make me the customer feel extremely comfortable, now that I think about it, they had a subtle confidence about themselves creating a homie like atmosphere, I didn't want to leave; which had nothing to do with these Ladies are Beautiful, exhale, I needed to get that out. All and all, Title Max would be an Awesome choice if interested in small low interest loan. This location is worth the drive. I hope my review is as enjoyable to read as it was delightful to write. Feels like a dream.

I walked into the office and miss Mily Olivia very wonderful lady and she was excellent in her job.l was really pleased with her services .

I met Mily at the Gulf Freeway location, who was nice overall and the process was fast, but she asked a tone of personal questions which made me feel so uncomfortable. I felt as if I had to answer the questions or she would deny my loan and I really needed it. She asked how many brothers and sister do I have, who is the oldest; where do they live, do we have the same father, how many other vehicles do I have other than the one I wanted a loan on, and a few other questions that I didn’t think had anything to do with the loan. I didn’t want to be rude so I answered them because I needed the loan, but I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. She made me send a text message to 5 friends for a referral and I had to complete a Yelp review in front of her or I felt she would deny my application. I hope to pay this loan off in 29 days so I won’t ever have to go back there ever again
