I usually don’t leave reviews unless my experience was over the top….i went in trying to get a loan, Liz was with another customer and finished rather quickly and took care of me, she explained everything so well, her energy is so catchy that my bad day changed for the better just on how sweet and energetic she was, even though I didn’t get approved I didn’t leave disappointed and will definitely come back and also even sent a friend her way! Customer service there was great! Thanks again Liz!

Daniel was the most efficient and friendly person I have come across in the customer service industry in quite some time! He was fast! Like super fast! And mind you, I was that jerk customer that came in at the last minute! He was not rude in any way shape or form as some employees would have been. I would absolutely recommend this location! Daniel was amazing! It did take a little longer than expected but it wasnt really his fault. He was such a big help and made sure I understood the loan and answered any question that I had. I wish every retail place I have ever walked into had the same customer service place Daniel had and I am not exaggerating. There's only 1 other time I have left a review, so it speaks volumes for me to have done another one. 100% recommend this place.

I was in need of some extra money to recoup from hurricane Harvey, and I came to TitleBucks. The transaction was painless, and the staff was awesome. The clerk that helped me was Rose. She was informative, and answered all the questions that I asked. It was refreshing to do business with a knowledgeable rep. When I went to title bucks I was treated with respect. The environment was stress free and made you feel welcome. Karina help me and she make you feel relaxed and answer all your questions. No matter how many questions you may have. She has the time to explain everything. If anything you may not understand she will explain with out any complain or attitude.
