Was having a very stressful day and really didn't want to walk into this location after being redirected from another location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a pretty smile from Stephanie who surprised me when she knew who I was. The other girl who referred me gave her everything so she can ready. Which did feel good being I really didn't want to be there from the horrible day I was having,but not only did Stephanie go above and beyond to make me feel better about the situation I was in. She explained everything! I mean when I left I knew everything I wanted to know before I walked in. The store was very clean being in the older part of that area. Her performance reminded me that no matter how bad of a day your having you never judge a situation the same. I strongly recommend this locations and really appreciate the professionalism that Stephanie provided. 😁

My experience was great at Title Bucks store Carlos who is the store manager was so awesome. I was in need of cash at the last minute Carlos was willing to wait and help. He went above and beyond to help me he stayed past his time the store was already closed he said that’s okay I am here to help. I really appreciated his time and service.
