I went into the Cedar City on main street location and I met a lady named Amber. She did my loan. She was very courteous and she had great customer service. She was really cool. She explained everything very well.

So... I'd be another 5 star customer because Amanda is totally awesome! She has an extremely pleasant vibe! I was on a time crunch so she was prompt which was very helpful. She had crayons and paper for the kids. The guy who came in towards the end was pretty great too. He got me additional information on something I had inquired about. The process was quick and easy! BUT one star because these loans are outrageously cruel, especially to us like single moms who need a helping hand. You make your extremely high payment each month but it will not benefit you. You're only paying interest. The amount you'll end up paying is literally 5x the amount you've borrowed causing your already tough situation to become an even tougher one. WARNING: These loans are dangerous and do not offer you any benefit besides immediately relief. The interest rates on these loans are appx. 200% +- 50% depending on your "clarity" score. They do not report a positive note on your behalf to the credit agencies. They spread the loan over two years with an outrageous interest rate to maximize their profits on your back (2K=7K) (3k=14 THOUSAND!). You should really second guess if this kind of loan is in your best interest. Seriously... That being said, i'll be doing this extremely short term so i can pay off in a lump sum. If you're forced to do this long term, it's best you plan a double payment and specify you want it to pay the principle down. There's no fee for early pay off! The customer service is on point, honest, and inviting, but the scam is awfully cruel. I'm not sure how these kind employees sleep at night knowing their destroying lives. Good luck!

Iwanted to send this because I had the most amazing experience with Stephanie at my local Titlemax. I wish everyone who dealt with customers could be like her. She is great.

Taira and Stefie were very helpful and courteous during the process of me getting approved for a title loan. Taira even called me the following day to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I was completely satisfied.

I will start out by saying that it took much longer than expected to get everything done. However, the gal who was helping me thru the process, I'm not good with names so I can't remember her name, but she was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Even with the longer than expected wait, I would recommend them based on the experience.

With my credit, I was curious about getting approved even for a title loan. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Lance was fantastic and really helped me understand everything. Would go there again!
