Employees that I have come in contact with at Title Max have always been super good. At the same time I am taking time out to write this review because the new ladies at this location really deserve it. Starting with the manager. Every time I go in to make a payment everyone is VERY welcoming. Great, "Hello's" and a smile. Paola Romero has opened the door for me every time I went in, and out. She is very well informed, and professional. She has also been very patient in explaining some of the things I didn't understand. She even remembers some of our small talks from past months. Which is very comforting. I want to say, "Thank you" for all of what you'll do. It is appreciated.

My lender asked me to log on and leave a 5 star review mentioning him by name while I was sitting at his desk waiting for loan approval. The loan is predatory lending at it worst. Expect to pay hundreds each month in fees before a single dime goes toward your outstanding balance. These "fees" are not included in the published interest rates

THANK YOU TESSA!!! 😊 So, Let me start off by saying TitleMax wasn't on my list at all, because I stopped by their location off of Oltorf the week before and had a horrible experience, I felt like I was bothering the rep and My question were too much to, and according to that rep. They didn't accept rebuild Titles...I asked her to double check, She went to the back, to check if my title was acceptable after about 5 minutes I just picked up my paperwork including the title and left the store... I would have assumed if you are going to check , if you can accept a title you would have taken it with you to show the "manager".. I totally understand everyone has a bad day but I'd you aren't in the "mood" then hand my process off to another Rep and let it be. So acouple days later a supervisor called me asking why I didn't do loan and to insist that they do accept rebuild Titles.. She asked me to please give the company a 2nd chance and to insure me that the Attitude of the Rep on Oltorf wasn't a representation of their company, She help me find a locate close to were I was at, insured me that the Rep at this located would definitely treat me with dignity and respect.. like I told the supervisor, I know these loans are high interest rate and I don't mind paying it since I won't have the loan long, but I rather give my hard earned money with someone that smiles at the 1st sight and Has a welcoming attitude.. Thank you Tessa.. I appreciate you changing my mind about this place and answering all my questions with a smile 😃 Sorry this reviews soo long but I felt that people are quick to give a negative review but I wanted to give credit where credit is due..

The first time I was in she was in training. She was very engaging at that time, apparently the staff here is very well educated and they did the same for her. I felt like when I came in this time she seasoned employee she knew exactly what was going on and she only had asked couple of questions to get this loan process done. She was very professional and answered all my stupid questions. The staff here is phenomenal. They should be the standard for tour company.

This location is awesome. I was in need of a title loan and I received it without an issue. Some time after receiving my loan, I fell upon hard times, and then eventually losing my job. The managers and staff at this location was so helpful and empathic to what I was going through. They worked me, so that I could keep my car and my loan in good standing. I now have a another job, and still have my car. Michael and his staff, have gone above and beyond to help me keep everything I have in good standing. I recommend you coming here, if you need a loan.

I came in with my dad to get a loan and was amazed at how fast and easy it was to qualify. We were helped by Uriel who knew what he was doing, and was super polite and helpful. They do a bang up job!!! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to go.

I was on the Cameron road office where I was approved for a loan the lady then sent me to the one on Springdale because they had to finish the application there it already took me an hour and 25 minutes for me to be at the it Cameron rd location I was approved they needed me to go to another location which is the Springdale location it took 30 minutes just for her to tell me it's going to take some more time like another 30 minutes to an hour they try to give me a $50 gift card just to stay this is ridiculous bad service and the young lady that was helping me on Springdale did not know what she was doing. Overall this was awful service.

I visited title max today on springdale... Ms Stephanie was my attendant.. the service was great , her and all the staff and management where friendly, fast... Ms Stephanie made sure all my questions where answered, and I had a better experience then expected.. very great ful and will return again..
