This company allowed my grade who at the time, had severe, advanced Alzheimer's Disease to sign for a title loan with the help (coaching/coercion) of another family member. They loaned over $7,000 and the payback amount was over $47, 000! 151.70% INTEREST! $989.69 MONTHLY PAYMENTS! OUTRAGEOUS! For a woman on Social Security! I have been trying to speak with someone in upper management for MONTHS to no avail. Today, I was told that the DDO, Jose DeLeon would be calling me but of course, he hasn't. I am her POA and there was a POA in place at the time of the loan signing. She was NOT capable of making these types of decisions on her own, hence the POA. She wouldn't have even known the date or her own name at this point, yet they went ahead with the loan! I am sure they are looking for ways to avoid me, but my grandmother has since passed away and I would like her title back, however, I did not benefit from the loan so I am not paying it back! I was told it isn't their job to ask if someone is of sound mind, but it clearly states in their contract that they DO IN FACT CARE! Please do not do business with people who don't care about you or the recovery of your title! Thieves! They will answer to God! And quite possibly a judge of law!

I've been dealing with Title Max for a few years on Central in Albuquerque New Mexico. I will never do business with them again. Olivia the manager really screwed me! I came to get a short term loan. I have excellent credit and my rate has always been 1.67 per day intrest on the loan. I borrowed 2700$ my father has Dimentia and lives in Chicago. She told me my rate would be the same as always. I borrowed the the money August30 and paid it off today.She charged me 12.95 per day! I would've never agreed to it. I had no choice but to pay it. They are very crooked now! All the people who use to work there are gone I guess and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business there! I can't believe how disappointed 😔 I was mainly because she told me a lie straight to my face and I have done nothing but pay off anything I ever borrowed in full within 60 days. I thought we had a business relationship, but I guess they aren't making money so there scamming the regular customers who've been loyal throughout the years. CROOK'S!!!! I wish I could leave zero Stars because I would.

It took more than an hour to wait in the store to get a response back from the underwriting team. Then furthermore, there’s a two hour hold on the check! They should advertise this and notify customers about this process.

Biggest mistake you can make . Interest rates are absolutely outrageous. I regret choosing them as my lender . I will never make that mistake again. I have been to much better companies, better rates, and better service. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. They’ll have you do a review in the beginning before you know how awful they are. That’s how their stars are so high on here . I highly doubt any of these people still feel the same way about this place
