Worst loan company I have ever worked with. This was going to be our second loan with Dream spring. Our first experience was okay. We applied and got a voicemail from someone. Called back and texted for over 2 weeks multiple times and was absolutely ignored. Sent multiple emails with no response. They denied our loan for the reasons they could not get a hold of us!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! DO BOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE A SCAM! Will fill your credit and never call you again.

Issac crow is the man! It was my first time going through this process, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism! He answered all my questions promptly and made sure I was aware of all products they had to offer! I am looking forward to working with him in the future!

I've dealth with DreamSpring twice and have nothing but praise for their employees, most recently Isaac Crowe. We were able to secure funding to help expand our growing chiropractic office, and the process was quick and easy. Looking forward to working together in the future.

I'm the owner of a small business in CO and have been having difficulty getting personal attention from my bank or from any other larger banks with regards to PPP loans. I reached out to the local SBA office and they recommended trying DreamSpring. I couldn't be happier that I did. The application process was remarkably easy and intuitive. Most importantly the communication has been stellar. I've received regular updates and even been able to speak with a live person and they've been very professional. You might think that that's a low bar but if you've ever worked with a bigger bank that in fact is the status quo. I like DreamSpring's mission and their passion and I highly recommend them.

DreamSpring came through for my small business during the Covid-19 by providing both PPP loans. This helped me keep my employees on board and us working when without their assistance I was actually on the verge of closing my doors. From the application, clear instructions, processed very quickly, signing the documents and distribution of the PPP loan funds. On top of this the PPP forgiveness process was easy to process as well. This company made getting a PPP small business loan easy during Covid. Most other lenders and banks were only helping huge businesses with big loans (& only helping businesses that already had accounts with them). Dreamspring was lending to tiny businesses/people like me. I applied on their website, and they got the loan thru quickly and kept me informed thru the forgiveness application too.

Echoing the sentiments of the previous reviewers- you will gain access to funding, however, under the guise of a non-profit that works for the small business owner. I DO NOT recommend working with DreamSpring, it feels as if they are not who they advertise to be. They will nickel and dime you with no care. I will say, I had a much better experience with Accion and my previous loan officer. There is a high turnaround now.

I was told my loan was approved . Signed documents and set up auto payment. After 1 week of being in approved status I inquired about when to expect disbursement with no clear answer. Shortly after I received an email saying they would not be servicing my loan due to inconsistencies which there are none! I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and I’m kind of relieved because the interest rate is incredibly high. They also have a large closing fee. I don’t recommend this company to fund small businesses due to their inconsistencies.

My experience was good but there are few things that can be improved like if you want to pay more to the principal the only way to do that is sending an email couple days before they withdraw my payment from the bank, aren’t we in 2022??? They should do it a little easier and practical…

I applied for the 1st round of the Paycheck Protection Plan with four banks. DreamSpring was the only one that was pleasant, and I had any hope of actually completing the application with. They pushed it through for me, and gave me regular updates about what was going on, with things they knew, and what they didn't know (because the SBA hadn't clarified them.) I recommend them highly.

I was referred to Dreamspring by a friend when my company's bank was unable to help us process a 2nd Draw PPP application back in March. Our application was turned in prior to the deadline at the time. Right after we applied, the SBA extended the deadline for 2 months. From March 10th until June 2nd, we received 11 automated emails all saying that they were working on our loan and be patient, 1 email on April 23rd asking for a document (which we provided on the same day), and then the nonacceptance email on June 2nd. I left messages for our loan officer, I emailed several times and never received a single non-automated response. I know there was a high volume of applications of which were were only one. Since we weren't supposed to create multiple applications with multiple loan institutions, it would have been responsible (and KIND) to tell us that we weren't going to get processed in time. Now we're unable to get the loan, and we needed it. All we needed was to be told that we should try a different institution. Instead, I'm a very disappointed potential business customer who can't recommend Dreamspring.

After suffering through incompetence, ineptness and being ignored by PayPal since 1/19/21, I finally found DreamSpring and in less than 2 weeks had our approval. Ours was complicated by our business being an LLC but filing as a joint venture Sole Proprietorship with two Schedule C's. DreamSpring went out of their way to make it happen correctly and we got twice the amount we would have gotten through PayPal. I felt our business was very well taken care of by their excellent and very responsive team. Thanks to DreamSpring we are still in business and can pay some medical bills.

I am having the worst experience possible with Dream Spring, I took a small PPP loan last summer with dream spring. I thought everything went well. When I went back to see my account they had put the wrong company name as my business name instead of using my name. The business name they used is my husband's company (It is a small business but not so small, He makes decent amount of income). So I reached out to dream spring to update or change my business name to mine like I requested when I apply. It has been close to three months to try to reach them with no result. I emailed and called numerous time . I also resubmitted all the document. Now get this, my husband can't apply for PPP loan because it is attached to mine. I cant apply for the 2nd PPP loan because my first is has wrong DBA. Dream Spring negligence costing me and my Husband about 28000$ PPP loan for our business. Do not do business with them. They are the worst of the worst.

This second draw is not going well. With the first, the entire process was quick. Now, I receive zero communication and I have emailed expressing how concerned I am that they have my personal information. They just send out generic emails saying”someone will contact you next week.” Disappointment!!! The first draw went so well, too.
