I've previously done a loan with TitleMax and the person who helped, Karina, was very nice and helpful in explaining the loan. The loan was paid off, quickly, and I got my title back. This time I came in and Isiah, covering for someone and from a different store, helped me out. We had some long conversations about the loan and the high interest rates. We talked about the cost of the loan on a daily basis and it helped me to decide to pay the loan off as early as possible (highly recommend). If you don't pay it off quickly or can't, they'll explain the options you have but be aware of the interest rate, they don't hide it and it's as plain as day. Great loan place and awesome loan representatives if you can learn to be financially responsible.

Sabrina was VERY proffesional and welcomed me to get a firsthand experience. She is helpful and understood my situation and gave me information to benefit my understanding to feel comfortable with my loan. I wanted to tip her! 🙌🏽 But I appreciate her and give a great thumbs up to the company!👍🏼
