I walked into this location after leaving the location on south post oak where the guy customer service was horrible he quoted he don’t know what’s going on in my life but I shouldn’t wait to the last minute and was so rude to me the night before stating he couldn’t service me or take pictures of my car because it was dark but Mike made me feel at home and welcomed me with his kindness!!!! I call just to find out how the loan program works. Jessica was so nice and explained on everything works. I thought about it a day that it seem so easy the way she explained it to me.
