    I went to ace on MLK and 610 and for a change got a caring and nice customer service rep… Her name was Nandi, she smiled the entire time with me, even after I was a little snappy with her…. It made check myself…. She was very quick and polite…. Counted my money a couple of times for accuracy and seems to love doing this….. that’s a first at this place for me

    I rarely do reviews but I got to say Ms. Latifa have been a great help for me when I was in the store. Her professionalism and customer service are incapable and she is giving a great energy and smile that’s totally contagious. It was my first time at Ace express but surely won’t be my last.

    Seems like a well intentioned place. A lady working there really embarrassed me though by talking about my new business so loud with a long line behind me. And asked me loudly about business taxes “You are self employed which means you are a company! Have you even filed your taxes yet?!” Wow 😞….A little discretion.
