    I only gave three because it is not the ladies who work here fault they are great, it is the acecashexpress company overall, can acecashexpress please explain how I went in for a money order that I paid for at the location and I am charged a money order fee, a bank card withdrawal fee and a ATM fee, so my 100 dollar mo came out to 108.25, so yea I guess I have to stick to the grocery store mo.

    I went usually the wait time at this center for me is about 10 min or more went in only waited about 4 or 5 the lady at window I forgot her name , but she was very Nice repeated back to me my request .Very courteous and professional

    I would like to say why I have one star and the reason why I did is because everytime I visit this location and the other location down on the other end of Cullen it's always a problem coming into those locations. I get pay either by cash or check or mostly money orders and even though I've been a long time customer of over 10 years and never had a problem cashing at any of the locations in the white or the rich neighborhoods but for some reason there's issues in theses locations in the black areas. Anytime I go inside of the other locations my checks, money orders are verified with no problems everything is checked out and scanned in and I gets them cashed and always receives my money every time I go out to certain places and I'm wondering why is it and the workers don't even take the time to check and make sure everything is good or not they assume it's fraudulent activity going on everytime why is that. It's a shame I as a black woman have to go out to those areas to get things done.
