    Great Customer Service provided by the young lady Karissa. She had a beautiful smile and was polite, friendly and patience with me. My daughter normally pay my bills for me. This time she was out of town. Ms Karissa helped me through all the process. I didn't feel like I was getting on her nerves and being rush. She took her time to help me and for that I say Thanks for being so kind and sweet.

    Eric was so wonderful and kept helping me until everything was clear for me. It was weeks ago and I went there and the 2 ladies made it seem like it was something with my card and it was the same transaction I need. But couldn’t help and made me call my back when that wasn’t the problem but with Eric he had great customer service, was proficient and friendly. I highly recommend him everytime.
