Heather was amazing! She was there on a Saturday all by herself, and it was crazy busy, and they were having technical difficulties, but she worked very hard and never stopped smiling! I went to TitleMax and did a car title loan where the process took about 45 minutes. It was seamless and straightforward. I took my car, my car title, and two forms of identification. They entered a one-page application in 5 minutes and the lending processor was nice, friendly, and made conversation. Megan explained everything because that was my first time doing it and i didn't know the exact process. She is a doll and i highly recommend asking for her if you go!!!

I've never posted a review for a company before , but this time I had to. I was un easy and a wreck about borrowing the money and wasn't sure I would actually do it . Over the last couple months I've enjoyed coming into the office here. The girls are nice and always explain everything to me . I don't feel like another body walking through the door . I recommended this place to anyone !!

My brother made a recommendation for TitleMax and they were the first people I went to. I needed a grill and a headlight so I got a car title loan to fix my car. I got the loan that I had asked for and they said that if I was to get the car fixed then they would give me more. So I went back and got another loan for more. The whole lending process was very quick and took less than an hour. Probably about 30 minutes. Ms. Amber was a sweetheart and was as nice as she could be. She asked me where I was working and she asked me for my license, the title and the insurance on the car. She took pictures of my car and made sure all my paperwork was in order, and I was approved. Working with TitleMax made my car look better, which was the whole goal. They really helped out and my experience was great. So, if you need the same service, TitleMax would be the place to go to!!! P.S. Amber is dead gorgeous, i would go there just to see her.

I inquired about a loan over the phone I spoke with Courtney she had great customer service and told me everything I need to bring in to apply for the title loan. When I arrived I was helped by Amber the Gm I was amazed at how quick she got me in and out and was very clear and direct on how the whole process work's being that this my first title loan. I also got a chance to get a fresh cup of coffee while I waited overall a great place and would recommend to anybody, they also offer a referral program.
