She answered all of our questions, showed us on the paperwork where the answer was as well as pointed out other topics about their company and their competitors. Poor management. This makes day 4 I’ve tried to get employment verification. They don’t do fax, or email. I’ve given the manager a number to call to verify my employment but the manager is out “sick” I use quotation because I don’t know the story. The other lady says she hasn’t been able to contact the manager to get permission to contact my employer to verify my employment. Poor customer service. Loan companies expect payment prompt and on time and want you to communicate with them, yet they can not do the same. Smh.

Savannah V was absolutely marvelous to deal with. She got me a loan in a matter of minutes. Every time I go in to make a payment, I feel like family there. It’s not everyday when you walk into a business and the greet you with your own name. Highly recommend using this location above all the others.
