Sarah at the Cleveland Tn store is awesome. Very professional. Helped me settle a old account and was able to still loan me money. Seeing that I'm working at improving my credit, this was definitely the best outcome needed

The lady Ms. Doss was very nice and business like and couldn't have been nicer. In fact I recommended her to my niece, who has a case of some unexpected things happening and decided to ask for a loan to get her through until next payday. Compared to overdraft at the bank the rate is cheap.

I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! I took a $700 loan out with never late and paid my loan off in full within 2 months. They made a quick $500 off of me which is great for them. But they were the rudest set of ladies I have dealt with at a job. I can’t find a corporate to call. But they told me they would have to mail my title. 20 days went by and they never mailed me the title, I call up there and they acted like it was a privilege for me to get my title back, even though it was fully in paid for. Threatened me with I better be glad they didn’t mail it because you never know what happens to the mail, if they can send me a bill, they can send me the title. And lastly Sherry I do believe is her name told me next time to use a different loan company next time. So trust me my good business will never step foot in that company again and I highly recommend take your titles to anywhere else but here!

Linsey and sarah are the best two girl very good at there job and try to do what they can to get you taken care of. I would definitely recommend Tennessee title to anyone i know. These two woman deserve to be recognized for there outstanding service. Love u girls

Sarah and Lindsay are gems...great service and always with a smile!! To the Corp office....The Lobby needs updated furnishings and cleaner appearance, tacky, I would never set in those chairs! This of course is not the employees fault, conditions are something beyond their control!
