Very fast and friendly staff. I always get greeted at the door with a cold bottled water. I brought my title, proof of income and drivers license and was given the funds I needed within an hour. Now I can get my air conditioner fixed!

Very unprofessional!!!!! Scam!!! Do not trust them! No one calls u back! Heaven forbid u make a payment early to find out it goes against you! All i get is the run around ! Questions go un answered!! They said they sent me a noticed in the mail which i didnt receive!!! I only owed $400 an they towed my car.i called to let them know for the first time in months id b a little late paying .they continued to call twice a day to the point they were harassing me .i had to tell them to quit calling so much because it was everyday i believe thats why they came an just towed my car! Then the tow company they go threw Dependable towing in east peoria was also very disrespectful an rude.they wouldnt let me get my belongings out of my car.i called to speak with the owner an he was rude didnt even know how to have a conversation i didnt even get 2 words out before he hung up on me! My aunt passed the day of the towing an the driver said i could get my belongings.but due to the passing i wasn't able to go that night.i went down there because title max had said they talked to them an i could get my belongings! Went down there an the lady was rude talked to me like i was an idiot an said i needed an appointment.one was set for monday at 3:30 an because i didnt have the key to my car they wouldnt let me have anything! Also when the tow was in process the driver told me i could walk to title max an they could call him an have the tow stopped!! I walked there an they acted like they didnt know what was going on!!! Now they want me to pay $416 plus the tow which is $350(pretty high of a tow just going a few blocks) to get my car when it didnt have to b towed.while the driver waited on title max to call an stop tow(which they didnt) the driver tells multiple storys of how he has towed cars for them an how titlemax rips an scams.but his company dependable towing is just as bad if not worse.this was my first title loan an because of them it will b my last! I even was willing to pay the payment amount of$416 but they still wouldnt even take the 350 cost of tow even when the driver said he didnt have to tow it! They will dp nothing to even get my belongings back! My ignition is messed up with no key.the tow place wont give me anthing with out a key but title max gave me a loan with out the key an they will release my car if i pay 750$ with out the key but i cant get my belongings out with out my key makes no since!!!! I have 2 items in the car one is an Angel clip that came from my aunt other item is a rosemary that belonged to my father n law who passed away! Thats all i want! Lori at title max has avoided me nick still has yet not to call me .and everyone else plays dumb! I would never recommend them to anyone at all!! Nor dependable towing.im curious to know what is so dependable about them.their attitudes an first impression would b enough for me not to ever think about doing business with them! Ohhh an i had to give 1 star just to post this or i wouldnt have even been able to get this message out!!!! They get 0 stars from me!!!

Hand down, the best place to get a loan! Not only do they help you get what you need, help make your payments successfully, but have a very professional and positive atmosphere. I know the General Manager, Matt Scott, he takes care of his customers well! Great company!

We walked in 5 minutes before they closed.. but the staff still provided great customer service and communication throughout the entire process. It only took about 30 minutes but it didn’t feel like they were rushing to close. Very helpful and professional. Would recommend.
