Didn't even bother to come in. Incredibly rude over the phone. Woman screamed in my ear. Asking if they cash cashiers checks and the answer is "it just depends" sounds pretty sketchy.

I absolutely love this place and staff. I visit a few times a month to pay utility bills,cash my paycheck and get a money order for the mortgage. Never had a problem,nice courteous employees and good looking girls!😁

Very rude. And the man assumed my money orders were counterfeit . He was not trying to help and had super poor customer service skills . I give them NO STARS maybe it’s cause I’m black

Everyone is always awesome. I have never had any issues with anything, the quickest place to get in and out in a timely manner. I work for Walmart money center and when I can't get anyone's check to process I send them here because ik they will be handled with care. Everytime, which is some times up to 6 times a month, I they always have goodies for my kids ready and smiling faces. They know me by name and address me as such. All around awesome people I have never had a bad experience with them

Unprofessional. Rude. My family are long time customers and we will never be returning. A family member of mine had a problem with a check not going through as planned (which btw ended up being the banks fault and not ours). Which usually would be, understandably, a reason for concern but youd think that since weve been customers for so long he would be a little more respectful. Nope. Rex the OWNER of this supposedly refutable business came to our house, on our property and practically beat the door down and immediately started yelling at me, using profanities and being completely disrespectful (on my own property) about this issue which had nothing to do with me. He was told no one was here and that his number would be given to the person hes looking for. He refused and continued to make blind demands. He then came back again the next day and pulled the same nonsense while the whole family was here. Very professional. You don't come up on someone else's property and start acting like that. Especially when you're representing a business. This is how you treat customers who have been upfront and honest for years? If you want people to choose local business over corporations, you gotta start acting right. And I noticed you rated your own store 5 stars on here. Too bad you don't have a loyal customer base to do it for you. Stay classy. And stay away from our house.

The owner/manager. Been doing his job 11yrs, is by far the rudest most offensive person you could happen appon. If you are out to be called a liar, belittled , threatened with jail, for trying to cash your check, you're in the right spot! Otherwise for the civilized, mannered of us should stick to ANY OTHER OPTION YOU POSSIBLY CAN! Would never give this place another second of my time! Wow thanks man, only to sad to have missed your name during the complete slander of my character. .
