From the moment I walked in the lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She explained the entire process (As I told her this was my first time getting a loan). I didn't feel pressured to do so either. She was very knowledgeable and provided a great service. I ended up calling back a few days later to verify something and to my surprise she remembered who exactly who I was. I am unsure of other loan places but I would recommend this facility to anyone. Low rates. Smooth process. And she was very honest about ways to save money. I believe her name was Brittany.
