This location is AMAZING! The ladies in this office have an aura of pure happiness surrounding them! I called ahead of time and all of my questions were answered promptly and accurately. Best place I've been to for a loan. Normally they make you feel like dirt for having to borrow money but Ms. Harris was wonderful and very informative. She was able to provide the lowest interest rate for us which is always good with these type loans.We had to take this loan out to do necessary work to our home. She didn't overwhelm us with scary rates and pay off dates. She is a very friendly,knowledgeable and classy. She made it go quick and it was so easy. Plus BB&T cashes the check for free which is a big deal because it can be almost impossible getting checks like these cashed without paying 3 or 10%.
