The staff at this store were AWESOME. When I came in they greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hello, how are you today. Stephiane was very pleasant and efficient. The store manager come over and had a small conversation also! Thank you for being so welcoming!!!

I had a great experience at Title Max. It was a quick easy experience. The staff was excellent and pleasant. I’ll highly recommend them for your title loans. Much better than advance America who wanted to run credit checks and offer less money. Title max is the way to go.

By far the best customer service around! As soon as I walked in the door yesterday I was greeted with hospitality and professionalism. Because of my work schedule I visited this location close to their closing time, however, the two young ladies who helped me never made me feel rushed and went out of their way to provide me with the services that I needed which made me extremely happy and grateful.

I had n excellent experience at the colonial heights title max. The agent who worked with me was pleasant and kind and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

I had 1 bad string of mishaps which threw off everything schedule & the horrible attitude of a certain employee has left a bad taste in my mouth. She has completely over stepped her bounds, not allowing me to provide documentation that I said I would bring in on a timely manner, instead she called my husband who is a contact about the account issue. When I looked at the payment schedule on my app it was $100 more than the monthly payment. In the past few days she stated she would have the district manager call me & when a 2nd employee called later the same day there were absolutely no notes on my account that she had spoken to me much less called & asked the DM to call me. I have yet to hear back from the DM Jimmy, I've waited 72h since it was the weekend... I get text messages indicating that they want to work with you to get you back on track. This 1 manager has no idea what it means to work with someone when you have an attitude, & you don't seem to understand the customer has had a string of health issues causing the customer to become financially out of whack. Being a manager means keeping your end of the agreement, & if you can't give a customer a chance to provide their have of an agreement & bring in documents then you don't need to make agreements you don't intend to keep not do you need to be a manager. This Title Max has left a bad taste & mixed feelings about the customer service the manager has to offer over the phone. Hopefully when I do get on track I will never use this location in the future if I ever need a loan again. My husband & I know of a nicer staffed location that is truly interested in working with their customers & has great attitudes & are super super friendly.

Awesome people coming to this location is like visiting friends. Paid off my loan and came back to redo. Will continue to do repeat service. Thanks Title Max Colonial Heights! You guys are the best

This place is amazing!. Went in for a title loan on my motorcycle and the employee Lashonda was right on point with protocol, and if i had any questions she answered right away. 15 minutes in and out! I strongly recommend this place !

Candace is the Store Manager at this location and I like her because when you have a issue with making your payment or trying to get your loan paid off, She will take time and work on your acct to give you options. I like the way she work with people because she doesn't make me feel like a number, she make me feel like family. Also, I like how Titlemax give your the Maximum amount for your car.

I came in today having never done this before and was helped by Lashonda who not only got me what I needed her attitude towards helping me was great!! She is extremely personable and is definitely great at her job!! It's definitely not something you want to do but if ever you need to Lashonda at title max on the boulevard is the best!!

Make sure you have a witness to each call with these people they will lie and talk about conversation you had (they neglected to note). They Tiffany M. The gm , when you ask any question to stop any further she doesn’t answer becomes agitated. Dont put you owned possession in jeopardy with immoral individual. If they decide to respond , please know I have proof of everything I SAY!

Came before and it took a while to go thru for a low offer was told to come back in a day and lower asking and was able to get approved for way more than ii asked or expected, now ii can get more than one thing done and sooner...always a blessings...ask for tina, very professional & patient 🙌
