The staff was quite pleasant during my inquiring on the process. When I decided to come in to do business, Kristen O. is the one who assisted us in the process. She was very polite and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. She is very knowledgeable and went over everything with me. I couldn't have asked for a better representative.

Besides the fact they BEG and manipulate you for good reviews stating their jobs rely on it, there really shouldn't be any. Their phone manners are shameful and unprofessional, especially Sheryl! CORRECTION: Nanette's phone manner IS just as bad if not worse!!! The interest rate is outrageous; borderline criminal! You will owe more than you received even after making the monthly payment on time for months. Avoid unless it's an extreme emergency and you've exhausted ALL other possibilities! And teach those people phone etiquette!!!
