Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! The young mens that was working was very attentive with the customers. They was slam during the duration of my time in the process of purchase my firearm and they ensure to at least acknowledge everyone in the store that they will be with them as soon as they could. Very informative and easy going guys. I will definitely be returning for more business!

William is awesome! He provides great customer service. I had a watch battery replaced for $10. Chesapeake pawn is a great place to purchase jewelry or even get a loan on an item if funds are tight. I highly recommend them!

Nice store with a fairly good selection of Guns and decent prices however the first time I went there to purchase a firearm AND I JUST THINK EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT IF YOU ARE DENIED APPROVAL FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED A DIME . I had no problems but I DONT agree with their policy. They have a sign near the guns that says you only get a store.credit for anything other than a firearm. My opinion is it’s bad business But it’s not my store

I took an necklace I bought on eBay for my other half over Christmas into the pawn shop and soon realized after I had the gems tested that the Sapphires were not real at all as the seller had stated. Kaitlyn? Helped me I believe and she was VERY knowledgeable about the item as well as eBay and scams. I want to thank her so much for helping me out today. I guess you cant ever be sure about anything even with a 5 star seller on eBay with thousands of positive reviews. You know, I had lost a lot of trust and respect for many people over the last election, the media and politics, and now I can see that not all people are out to get you but there are bad people out there doing bad things to innocent people. Thank you SO MUCH Kaitlyn! I hope you get a reward for your help because YOU DESERVE IT! I know who to trust now. I appreciate it.

My first time visiting today. Very clean shop with a friendly staff. I love the location of the shop. They have some of the more exclusive type of firearms, especially for anyone in the market for a shotgun. Decent ammunition in stock—prices are high but that is to be expected during these times. I will definitely be visiting again to check out one of the dirt bikes!

This is first time going to this business. I found it through Google search. The business was in a shopping center with many stores. Parking is limited but available when I came in, meaning not many parking spaces but was able to park. Knowing they had security made me feel secure as I welcoming by employees. They showed me hospitality. I was assisted quickly, questions answered, maintain professionalize while being attentive & aware of the surrounding. Even in between telephone conversation, customer coming & going etc, the employees made sure they was assisted & continue to help me. I got everything I needed & make sure everything was in working order before I left. Told me about warranties, layaway, non-refundable fees etc. I wasn't for sure if it was kid friendly but it was. I would recommend this store to family & friends.

Went in to sell an electric guitar and violin. I've never sold anything at a pawn shop before but have always heard of those pawn shops that rip you off, well not this place. Spoke to James, very friendly, polite and informative. Broke down the whole process of how the buy items. What I believe people forget is that yes something for example could be worth $100 but if the pawn shop bought it for $100 they would only be able to sell it for $100 and not make any money. With all that being said this will be my future to go place if I have an item I want to sell. Again very friendly, polite and informative. I say let everyone who reads this, go take a look. They have T.V's and guns, you can't go wrong with that.

This was my first gun purchase so I had a vast amount of questions etc. CHRIS immediately assisted me when I walked, in and was very helpful, professional and VERY knowledgeable regarding the gun I purchased and processed all State and Federal paperwork in a very timely manner. The process was easy ant the stressful ordeal I had psyched myself up for. I will purchase more ammo from them as needed and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Chris for all of your help!

I reached out about selling our Asus ROG G750 gamers laptop. It's in impeccable condition. 4TB. I received an email to please bring it in at anytime. I got asked how much I wanted for it. Of course I'd love $1000. My husband bought it for $2500. But I told the associate I recognized it was 8 years old, taking into account depreciation - the lowest I'd like to go is $500, but to please make me an offer. The associate then told me that they don't take computers older than 2018, or with the windows update mine had (Windows 8). I'm giving 4-stars because the store was clean and even though I couldn't sell my computer, the associate was very nice and even suggested other options on how to sell it. My only complaint (hence the deduction of a star), is that I wish someone had maybe asked me a few more questions in the email, prior to coming over (what year is the computer, what's the latest windows update on it, etc), because then it would have saved me a trip. Gas prices are incredibly high, and I burned some driving over :/. Maybe disclosing it's store policy to not take computers older than 2018... In the end, not selling worked out for us. I updated the 2014 Asus ROG to windows 11, and I will use it for my boys to do their homework on.

I cant say ive experienced the customer service of a pawn shop because I havent been to 1 in decades and when I did that was problem once looking for a job as a high school graduate lol bur I will say this I dont think theres no other pawn sshop thats touching these guys customer service skills omg soo genuine!! Even the owner Mr. Maurice an amazing guy that keeps his word! I told him I needed my ring size down and when I needed it back he was sooo on point and the price was right! While waiting just to let you guys know they do have alot of awesome products available that I tryied keeping my eyes off of but I know illl end up getting a couple of thimgs in my return! All and all visit this pawnshop if you want the best customer service and genuine people and when i say all of them are great an FUNNY!😂😂 I mean allllll😂😂thanks you guts for all you do And putting a smile on my face greatly appreciated!!!

Today is the Forth of July and the pawn shop was actually closed. I called and the owner told me to come in and he would wait.. He paid me more than any other pawn shop around. We live in Virginia Beach and will be taking the ride across town cause we won't be going anywhere else. Great customer service.
