Great customer service! The staff was very understanding and polite, when you have a set back for your payment. Customers need that understanding and help sometimes, instead of being lectured if you're late. They explained every detail for extension plan to work with you. I would recommend them any time. Great staff!!!!

this was the first time stopping in to this particular location i was hesitant but when i walked in I was totally shocked and surprised i was greeted by nebeska,theresa,janee they were the most nicest people i have ever met the explained everything on the way the pay day processed worked and they also made sure we were refreshed with refreshments and there wasn't a long wait period at all it was a wonderful experience i will most def recommend this location to visit for a good experience were they treat you like family thanks ladies for wonderful service...

So , for the longest time I had dismissed places like Advance America on Victory Blvd as rip off businesses that were probably operated by equally shady people. BUT, I came upon a financial hardship in my life for a couple of months. I had no one to help me with some extra $. So, I said, “I’ll give AA a shot.” And I’m glad I did! It saved me from late payments and gave me a little wiggle room in my checking account. Further, the staff to my surprise are well trained, professional, and “by the book” when treating everyone the same. Yes, AA’s lending APR is very high. But it should be used as a short term fix and not s long term solution. You will not get ahead in the long term with such high interest rates, but they can save your @$$ when no one else will lift a finger to help you. Oh, and the process couldn’t be any simpler...my first loan took 20 min to get and it took half that time to get my second loan. It definitely was a positive experience working with AA staff...Thanks AA, for being there when no one else would, and when I needed you! You saved the day for me!
