I had a great experience, the people are amazing and very helpful. They treat you like family not like a client. I love going there to pawn my things. They give top dollar for whatever you bring in and they work with you if you're going to be late on a payment. They are not out to get your thing, just to truly help and give you the best experience you will ever get from a pawn shop. All the employees are they same very nice and down to earth.

I received great customer service from Porkchop! He was knowledgeable and patient with me and my needs. There was no pressure to buy rather recommendations based on what I was looking for. The process was super easy and the atmosphere in the store is friendly and fun!! Definitely will be coming back!

Awesome service and great prices and people, bought an apple watch for 230 bucks, which is a great deal. Darren is an awesome gunsmith, Krystel is also great with the customers and makes you feel very welcome, and the rest of the staff is also awesome!

My husband and I came in town to visit and decided to check VA Premier Pawn out. We went in looking for some treasures and we ended up finding some guns we had been looking for and they informed us about their amazing layaway they have. We live in West Virginia so they also told us the option for them to ship it out to our local FFL! On top of the killer layaway program they have an app to be able to make a payment even from afar that we couldn’t turn it down!!! They we’re super flexible and have great customer service. Especially Krystel who really knew knowledge on everything we looked at. I also bought a wedding ring for an amazing price. Krystel was patient and great helping find something original just for me! We totally recommend VA Premier Pawn in finding some awesome treasures!!

This store is unlike any other Pawn Shop I have been to! It is so clean and organized and it doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed because of how over stuffed the shelves are when looking at their inventory. Their prices are amazing seeing a lot of there inventory is new or in like new condition. Let’s not forget how amazing their staff is, they are so helpful and knowledgeable and they don’t pressure you or make you feel like you have to purchase something because they took the time to show you multiple items. Came here to sell a rifle. Did not have good success at other shops. Here I was treated fairly and professionally. I was offered a realistic offer which was mutually agreeable. After searching countless Pawn and Gold shops that tried to rip me off, I finally found VA. Premier Pawn. One of the only dealers I could find that gave me the best price for my gold. Nice shop, good selection of quality merchandise to purchase at fair prices. I highly recommend to buy and sell your gold there.

Staff was super courteous and helpful. Did not have the used car lot feel of other stores. Told my son, and came in with him as he purchased his first rifle. Wealth of knowledge and advice.
