Christiane M. handled the closing for our condo. I’ve never done a closing in Florida, and she made the process very easy. I didn’t know exactly how the title company worked, as our laws are different in the Northeast. But she very efficiently and patiently ensured that all the documentation and details were gathered and handled smoothly. She followed up on all the loose ends that cropped up, with clear communication and good cheer. Very pleased with the experience!

What an unbelievable experience today! We were nervous, excited and anxious. But then we went to Title Partners and were immediately at ease. Lorie and Helen were amazing. I used TP 15 years ago and they were great. Now they are even better! The process was so easy! They had a sign with our names on it on the TV and inside the conference room a picture of our new backyard. It was so personal and welcoming. Good experience at Title Partners. Ryan explained everything in details when a signature was required... That being said, he had to solve an unexpected issue since they received 2 wires : 1 done by myself upon their request and another one from my Credit Union directly... which was totally unusual Ryan said... maybe some more communication prior to closing with the Credit Union would have avoided this issue ? I was a first time buyer here in the US, so i did not really know how the process works... I had to wait the following day to receive the keys, once the issue was solved.

I originally got a quote from my broker Title company, but I wasn't happy about the customer service. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. They were always a phone call away and their response time was amazing. I have purchased three homes in my life time and this title company is the only one I remember because the experience was amazing. This was my second time at a closing, the first one I had with a different title company was not very pleasurable to say the least, so I didn't really know what to expect this time around. I was pleasantly surprised on this experience though. Emory was great, he was very knowledge, amiable, funny and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I am beyond impressed with how well Title Partners was able to handle a somewhat difficult closing due to a pet restriction in the association I was selling in. This delayed the closing by almost 30 days, but once we got the approval from the association, Title Partners had the docs prepped and ready to go the very next day. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I hired Title Partners due to the overwhelming 5 star reviews on Google. My path to a 5 star experience was not a normal one. Due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances, there were some mishaps that happened along the way that led up to my close. We are all human and that happens. For me, what made this a 5 star experience is how Ryan, the owner, stepped in to help finalize the closing of the transaction. Both Jami (the agent) and Ryan both treated me with consideration and empathy given the situation. Not many people or companies do that, and I would recommend TPSF to friends and family since they care that all of their clients get a 5-star treatment no matter what.

The closing for refinancing our Florida home was OK, I guess, but for these reasons I could only give it 3 stars. 1. We were not given much info on what each form was all about. Normally a Notary Public gives a brief explanation so we don’t need to read it word for word. It’s quite tedious & long 2. Our Notary was a woman of few words. It was kind of awkward. She just kept shoving papers our way to get it over with quick. Not very congenial. 3. Three times during the signing process she was interrupted by phone calls. She answered each one rather than saying she was working and would call back later, or putting calls on mute. Very disruptive.
