If I could give them a negative 1000 I would. Customer Service is a joke. They call every month threatened to charge over 100 dollars for no insurance so literally I have to send over proof of Insurance, its like they eat the copy or something. No one has a clue when I called to get a payoff for the car. I was told the office I walked my money into every month could not do anything but take my money REALLY. Then call the California office first I was put on hold for a hour just for the rep to tell me he could not fax or email me or my insurance company a Payoff amount 🤔 After asking for a supervisor and holding for another hour. The rep came back acting like a different person. I hung up and called back getting the same foolishness. Finally after having a breakdown on one of their reps and calling multiple times, I get a call asking for information they should know and i was given a fax number to fax the info. Now guess what still waiting 😫 PLEASE STAT AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SORRY I LET THE CAR LOT TALK ME INTO FINANCING WITH THIS COMPANY

As everyone stated here said, RUN!. I was approve for a monthly payment of 356 for my truck. When I got my first payment it was 376 I called and ask why it has gone up they said that price can change and it only 20 difference. Then when I got my next bill it was 476 they stated that I didnt have insurance and I sent them my insurance statement about 3x. So I only paid the amount that I signed on the contract. They came in repo'd my car. I had to pay them the remaining balance to get my car back. Do not use this company for your credit sack. "0" STAR Update: Finally at the end of my loan, I tried to pay off the remaining balance and they gave me such a hard time I only had $2000 left. I wanted to be done with this company! I was trying to make the payment online but they stated that it wouldn’t count as a pay off!!! Huh what how!!! This company is scammers! Zero stars remain! Update: my contract was set to end Aug 2021, after I made my last payment they sent me a letter that says I owe 1200 in late fees. If the late fee is $18 that mean I have to missed 66 payments??? I only sign up for a 42 month loan!! How could that be possible??? Plus if I missed a payment why didn’t it get repo’d. When asked for a copy of my contract and payment history they say they will mail them (NEVER Received). They are scammers. Happy to be done with them

If I could give .5 stars to Lobel I would, this is literally the one of the worst auto loan agencies there is. They’re careless about you go over the contract briefly enough to get you to sign, this bank doesn’t even have a place to walk-in to. I went to Bazan motor in west park hollywood ang signed my agreement there, I made all my payments on time to them but when there was a discrepancy with the car dealer,so they said. They neglected to help, that was my first time buying from them. The second time I purchased a car through them it was at Elite Auto Sales in Fort Lauderdale. Again, the car dealer decided they were the best bank for me but little did I know this was just another trap. Elite Auto Sales in Fort Lauderdale, Bazan Motors in and any other car dealer doing business with this bank is only interested in selling you a car regardless of its condition and the bank is only interested in taking back the car and not actually selling the auto loan, they work together with car dealers to avoid naive consumers from going through with the purchase after receiving their down payment of 3,000 - $8,000. Note: this bank repossessed my car right at the repair shop where I was getting a water pump and transmission from lemon their own car dealer sold! This Lobel financial can never get you someone from upper management that can actually do something for you. If you hear about this Lobel Financial, just turn around, trust me. You will save yourself the time and stress 🥴

I had to put 1 star because is the only option to negative. This company has the worst costumer service team I ever experienced. There is not manager or supervisor available when the problems with their issues escalate and their associates don't have a clue of how to resolve the issue. They always said they will request a call back from the supervisor and that call never happens. In consecuences the issue never gets resolved and they keep duplicating my payment every month. If I am lucky enough to talk to a realible agent,they can pass the message to a realible manager. The rest of them base their answer that's this problem belong to the website company and they don't responsible for it. This company is a joke. And this is the reason not only I write the review but also relocate my loan with another company.

I didn't need to go through the lengthy application process that is required when you use the bank and they literally dealt with everything for me. Not only was the process simpler than the traditional bank loan, but also cheaper! I couldn't recommend this service highly enough. Customer service and support is simply fantastic. So many bad things about this company. I financed my first car with them. I got a high APR because at the moment didn't have any credit. The problem was when they started to charge me a $5 fee every single month I paid through their website. The only way you didn't get charged was if you went to their physical office and paid IN CHECK. I mean seriously?? And then, they had me call them and the insurance company because they tried to charge almost $100 extra a month because I 'didn't have insurance'. So I basically had to do THEIR WORK by calling the insurance company and ask them to SEND THE PROOF OF INSURANCE AGAIN because these people are so inefficient. Ugh. My advice, don't do business with this people. Even if you don't have credit, you are better of getting financing from an actual toyota, kia, honda, or whatever dealer.

they send the payment slip when they want and the value is always different for more than agreed in the contract. you need to pay 15 days in advance so they don't stick the knife in you.

Wow.. These reviews are so true. I took over payments to help my sister out since she's been out of work due to the pandemic. I got sick and fell behind and they won't even work with you. I offered what I had and there not willing to take that only the 370 so you can't take 200 or 225 until I start back work and pay the rest off there response is NO people told me to get a car loan from Summit. I don't know why I didn't listen
