    Amazing closing company. Love that the closer will come to you. Makes closing day for my buyers so much more exciting to be able to close in their new home. Shannon is also super knowledgeable. She broke down the for sale by owner and owner financing processes for me as a new agent and I have never forgotten it. I totally recommend them every time.

    Unresponsive and very late with documentation. I wouldn't use this service as you could lose time and money waiting for answers. Very frustrating.

    Lucas, your file did have some hiccups but ended up closing pretty smoothly and you told us you were happy with everything once we closed. The issue I believe is that you waiting to get your deed back. We had advised you that it can take the courts anywhere from 3-8 weeks to get the docs back, and another 3-5;weeks for us to complete the owners policy for you. I don't recall any emails or messages from you asking for us to expedite this, or we certainly would have. You lost no money out of anything that we did on your file, and we were always available during the transaction for you. In fact, we spoke at least 3 or more times a week because of issues we had to deal with on the seller side that we ended up resolving for you since they couldn't get their act together. We also made sure you weren't stuck with any items the seller may have not taken care of prior to the closing. Buying a property from an auction website isn't ever a simple easy transaction, no matter who would have closed it for you. We wish you the best in your home.

    Shannon (Tanya too! ) closed numerous properties for me over the past few years and I could not be happier with their service. The are professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They have met and exceeded my expectations even on the most complex purchases and sales. Before I met Shannon I was using a Law Firm that would basically charge me whatever closing fees they needed to make their next boat payment!! Shannon's fees are always consistent and very reasonable. Very thankful I met her!

    Poor communication, when the sellers lawyer decided that they would not do a wire transfer due to fraud concerns I was only notified by email, which I don't receive during the day. When I asked why I wasn't called I was told they didn't have my phone number. Really, I can't believe they used that excuse, I guess they didn't have my agents number either. Too busy to pick up the phone? I guess they had their fee and that's all that mattered. When I complained they responded “ really thought the transaction went well until the end with the check issue”. When your the seller isn’t the money pretty important? I would NOT recommend them !

    I beleive you mean the buyers attorney didnt do wires, as you were the seller and we handled your side. But, Many offices are not allowing wires to be done anymore. we alerted you the same day we were notified. As the seller closing office, we dont disburse the funds. The buyers attorney agreed to wire the funds for us since we have a good relationship with them, but you decided to go pick up yoir check before we could even let you know kmow. The entire transaction was done with you by email because you advised us you couldnt receive calls during the day. Im sorry if that ended up being something that didnt work for you . Our fee isnt the inportant part of the transaction, getting you to closing is.
