Title Cash W 3rd St, Moscow

When went to cash title I was greeted by Hayley a beautiful flower of a woman , looking quite majestic sitting at her desk with a beautiful smile on her face . She greeted me , and as soon as she said “ hello “ I knew this wouldn’t just be a great way to get a quick loan but also , someone I could admire and love from a distance . I looked into her eyes , seeing an ocean of emerald green , and thought to myself , “ Wow, isn’t she lovely “ just like that Stevie wonder song. I’m not exactly sure what the terms of my loan is , but Indo know that Hayley gave me excellent service and I will be coming back. Hayley can take all my money any day , any week .

Great customer service. Never treated like another customer. Shannon is great!!

I am writing this review after trying to problem solve with the manager and had not received a return call. I bought a vehicle from this location and they had to of cleared a code for the vehicle. I was told the vehicle drives good and the vehicle stalled out less than 20 miles from the location after driving off the lot. I was told a regional manager was going to call me back and never did. I understand this is an as-is location but to clear a code for a power terrain and emissions issue is downright dangerous and scandalous. I am writing this review to let people know that Stephanie will lie to you to make money and then not care. I also called the Lewiston office and the manager there has horrible customer service and Is downright rude and horrible unprofessionalwhen I was trying to have a conversation and problem solve. What a horrible way to conduct business. I will be following up with complaints to regulatory agencies for safety issues being cleared from code readers. I am a college student and a single mom. Shame on you!!

Amazing the older lady I was doing Paper work with was amazing and very helpful would definitely get a loan through this place again and would really recommend it to others thank you guys keep staying true

If i could put zero stars i would. Thus place has giving me the run around. Went to lewiston they said come to moscow. Knowing how much ssi i make. Finally got a ride there and now they tell me i have to make $750. They know how much i made in the first place. But then again should of know better. You are only a money loan place and dont care about low income people. Only profit.

Absolutely loved the interactions I had with Shannon when getting a loan through here!!! She was always positive & made the process incredibly easy & stress free. I highly recommend this place!!

They have helped me out when I needed either more time to pay on my loan or needed to borrow money. Very willing to work with you and help you the best they can. I would highly recommend Title Cash to my friends.
