I am very frustrated because whenever I call to make a payment they will not allow me to pay anything extra over the phone and they have a new rule as to why they won't do that every time I call. On the website it says if you want to make a bigger payment then the minimum payment due to call and I call and they still won't. their reasons are because of what other naughty customers have done that's kind of silly.

Northwest title loans is an amazing place to get a quick loan on your car title, they are fair and all the ladies there are nice and easy to work with, today I had the pleasure to have Erika assist me with my loan , she was helpful and the staff was understanding.
