I've known Tom for many years, and he's always been extremely helpful, and kind. He's not rude, or condescending, or any of the other garbage in these reviews. Know what you're talking about when you go in there, and don't waste people's time. He's not going to buy your garbage He needs to make money too. People are so sensitive...

Visited this place a couple of times. The employees are not friendly and are very condescending. The chip on all of their shoulders makes it difficult to even get a basic question answered. Would have given 0 stars if I could have.

Best pawn shop in town, even when we still had more than one. The employees are nice, the rates are acceptable (no pawn shop ever has good rates) and they'll work with you if you're going to be a little late, and their pricing on the items they stock is fair. For the complainers: Deals need to be made by certain employees, the regular staff can't cut you that sweet deal you walked away from and are mad you can't get the next week, you'll need to get someone with the authority to cut the price like that. To have these people be considered rude makes me wonder what the heck kinda attitude you were throwing at them to get a negative response. I've been coming here for a decade and only had one visit in all that time where I'd even consider labeling it as rude.

We have visited several times trying to find musical equipment. They don't know enough about the equipment and they are not very friendly. The two attendants acted stoned and acted as if I owed them something.... I'm trying to buy stuff from you - you should be happy to answer questions and act like you care at least some. Come on guys get a better game going.

Very rude and aggressive workers. The workers do not know current requirements for identification on selling a gun. my drivers liscence does not have my current address so i supplied them with my GOVERNMENT ISSUED hunting and fishing liscence for the state of Idaho. They then refused to accept it because they are uneducated on acceptable forms of i.d's. A simple google search will prove Moscow pawn wrong. Instead of researching the correct requirements to make a deal the employee then got aggressive and very aggravated that I told him he was wrong. Do not waste you're money at this overpriced establishment. Drive down to lewiston for a much better pawn shop with much better deals and prices. I will never again step foot in this joke of a pawn shop and I recommend that no one else does either. If we as a whole community boycott this joke of an establishment that is like cancer then we can get a better more organized pawn shop with a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff that aren't plan arrogant and rude when you ask them a question.

Horrible service, absolutely clueless service. Called ahead and when we arrived the owner had left when he said he would be there to meet with us . The absolutely Brain dead shop hand beat around the bush before absolutely blowing us off and telling us that they had no interest in sound systems we brought. Our offer, $1400 for well over $4000 worth of gear. Don’t take your business here. If you have any class or common sense it won’t be reciprocated by this pawn shop. If they had a negative star option it would be used. This store is stain on Moscow’s wonderful reputation

The old guy there is is extremely condescending despite knowing very little about anything in the shop. I once pawned something for $100, then couldn't pay it back due to lack of money. He then called me and told me that he now owns it, which I agreed because that's how a pawn shop works, which he then asked what I wanted to do about it? I was confused because if I can't pay them back they keep it. So I asked if I could still buy it back to which he said no. I swear he just wanted to rub it in my face. I would rather face an eviction than be talked down to by some old pawn shop owner who believes everybody else is less than him.

Terrible service, outrageous and ridiculous prices. Went in to sell a brand new 52" smart TV, still in the box and they said they'd only give me $80. I'd rather drive to Lewiston or CDA. Never going back and I recommend you don't go at all.

We went there to pawn my tv and they left for 5 minutes and never came back to work very bad service I would never drive to that pawn shop again they should sell there place and quit there jobs they are terrible at it left me my 2 kids and 65 year old mom sitting in a car most of the day thinking they would return to work

Open Monday thru Saturday 9am till 6pm. They charge 25% monthly on pawn fees. They have some ok things there, but the owner is really very nice. Easy to get along with. However, he gave me attitude when I went looking for some stuff an acquaintance of mine stole from me and pawned. I even offered to pay the interest and give him the pawn money for it. Next time I think I will call the cops and get it back under a civil suit. This was ridiculous. The workers there are ignorant, they don't know what things are worth and prices are double of what you find off of Ebay.
