Justina was impatient and easily annoyed so I have to give an *update...fell behind on payments, I'm in repo status, charged interest after the maximum in Idaho which states "The interest rate is capped to up to 30 days which is 25%/mon. Lenders can charge . These regulations are all established by The Idaho Title Loan Act," I was never offered 10 day cure, nor given a refinance option when it's been over 4 months. Secondly, the Government takes care that lenders offered additional repayment time, or plan to redeem the title by paying the loan back. Which never brought up. Also!! I found this out that Title lenders are obliged to maintain detailed records regarding all title loan transactions and notifications. Unfortunately, I spoke to them today and they DO NOT keep those on file...I found out that other title loan companies will buy out, and if you currently have a loan with idaho title loans, I highly suggest contacting another company to buy out loan from ITL...and as I seen in other comments, it's hard to get number for supervisor or owner/company, as they will not give that info out. They had to ask prior to emailing my transaction and rates. This is absurd. Wish they had explained more when I initially took out loan, as I used the temp. Title at beginning...another thing I found to be against laws. Any issues contact Idaho financial bureau for anyone looking at this place as a option or similar situation.

I started my application on-line, but didn't complete it. I was very concerned with how much a loan would be and if I had all the documentation I'd need. I received several calls n didn't respond. However, Maryah(hope I spelled her name right)was persistent,yet very professional. I completed it on a Saturday and it took very little time. She explained my options and I was shocked at the low cost of the loan. They have won my service for years to come. Highly recommend to anyone needing quick cash.

I dealt with Mariah today. We started the process off online, ended up calling with questions and she made it so very easy to understand and worked quick. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and I was out the door with cash in hand! Highly recommend using them!
