My first time boxing and Kelsie was so so fun and helpful!! The music was bomb and she pushed me so hard. Got out my anger and felt so AMAZING after!

The energy and atmosphere was great, the playlist made me feel so empowered and want to go even harder, and the instructor was awesome! I was so tired and sweaty after but it felt so worth it! Would love to go again!

I came to Title with Studio V, and I absolutely loved it!!! The workout was intense and so much fun! I would totally recommend it to anyone. It will make you love getting active!

BEST CLASS EVER!!! Tried this with Studio V and it was amazing. Be prepared to work hard but have a great time. Definitely recommend. :)

I love the high intensity and energy of the workouts and Staff! The awesome motivational high energy music! And especially the awesome challenging core workouts. I can really feel my abs getting tighter everyday! I always leave feeling exhausted but stronger and more confident every day. Great choices in locations and times and the F Series Add On provides additional opportunities to improve strength, conditioning and technique. I really believe this is the best all around fitness value in Nashville!

The Title Staff has been nothing short of amazing. My fiance and I have been going for about a year now and feel like we are truly part of a family. The entire staff is incredibly motivational and helpful. I truly have never had a better workout and look forward to going, which isn't as much as possible due to work. Tyler Thompson truly has a great atmosphere in his gym and you couldn't ask for a more caring and supportive owner. I recommend Title to everyone I know and try to bring new folks in as much as possible!

Not a good place if you actually want to learn boxing. From all the classes I’ve got to, only the classes by Tyler Price have taught me proper form. This problem of not teaching proper technique is especially bad with Tyler Duangsay. He’s an amazing fighter and seems like a nice person but how can you expect people to do a jumping scissor kicks in your class when you haven’t even taught us how to jab properly or proper footwork. I’m just hitting the bag for no reason except for a workout. For almost 200 dollars this place is a complete time and your money especially if you are in any way interested in actually learning. If just want a workout there are much better places for that too.

Today was AMAZING Sara was the instructor WOW SHE CHANGED IT UP ...I feel so great . You need to go and see that title boxing can transform your body and mind. Great job Sara 👏

Too expensive for what it is. Not really a clean gym and Jared (I think that was the teachers name) was so pushy trying to sell me membership.

EVERYTHING. The Title Nash Team is THE BEST. This gym and it's people have been a very very strong factor in making Nashville feel like home. I tested the gym out before moving and had a good feeling. I became a member when I moved to Nashville about a year and a half ago. I have been kickboxing for about 7 years now, and these trainers have so taught me so much to enhance my skills and overall workout. The diversity of the additional classes are a key factor in their projected success. Title Nash has put me in the best shape of my life. Their motivational drive and knowledge combined with approachable personalities and style are irreplaceable to any other gym. I seriously love you guys! Thank you for rocking!

Referred by a buddy who told me first two classes complimentary however no one was there to check me in. Class was terrible and the gym was filthy so I don’t need a second.
