I had a very good experience with Sterling from Entrust Funding. Not only was he a professional and an expert in his field, he made the process easy and pleasant! The information he provided me for refinancing my home was much better than I expected. He made me a happy customer!

As I await the completion of my refinance, I have been primarily communicating with Henry Raskob.(Entrust Funding).Henry has been forthcoming with detailed explanations of each step that I need to take. He has walked me through any/all systems that is needed for the uploaded documents as well as answered all of my questions. He is very professional and puts his clients needs first! Trenton Gustafson was professional, kind & patient with me. He answered every one of my questions & eased my stress & concerns. His customer service was impressive & unsurpassed. Trenton assured me that he would assist & upload all my documents as I am not very tech savvy. He put me at ease saying simply " Send it to me I'll ll take care of it" . I sent Trenton all of my documents and he took care of everything. He also stayed on the phone with me, explaining what each document was instead of emailing it to me like others do, leaving me to sort through it all & trying to make sense of everything I needed to go over. Trenton explained everything in layman's terms making it simple & easy to understand. I received a follow up from Trenton's boss, providing me a direct line to him if I had any questions as well as Trenton followed up with me. Considering the refinance was all handled via phone and email I had a "wait and see" expectation of the loans completion. In retrospect, I believe it was my best experience yet. Karijka and Abby were right on top of every aspect of the process with on time, communication and guidance. There are not many cases in which I would recommend without hesitation or disclosure but in this case its a no brainer - recommend. Great job!

I got an official looking letter in the mail which suggested at first glance that it had come from our lender so I called Entrust. Usually I'm more careful about responding to solicitations but I was tired and caught off guard by the marketing strategy. Once I realized my mistake I was already in the process of applying for a loan and the person I was talking with, Lucas, seemed kind and attentive so I continued the process. After the call was over, I noticed all of the negative reviews for Entrust. I was curious to hear Lucas' response to my application. The next day Lucas replied that he was sorry but he couldn't get a better rate for me and thought I was in a good position with my current lender. Because of this, Entrust earned my respect for being honest and upstanding. Thank you, Lucas and Entrust.

For an example, l wasn't in agreeance with the cash back .She then address my concerns with DaShayla Clark.
