I just wanted to brag on Brett Baird and Melanie Atay for a minute. Melanie is the best ever she was with me every step of the way, with this being my first time buying a home I was nervous an in panic mode. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Brett and his team (Ericka & Lauren) have been amazing from the beginning of the process and throughout. I never imagined that purchasing a house would have been such a smooth and pleasant experience. I've heard of horror stories from people dealing with other lenders. Ericka & Lauren were wonderful, very caring and personable. They were all very professional, each of them made me feel comfortable, educated and totally prepared for my closing.
