Tio Rico Te Ayuda Loan Centers S 6th Ave, Tucson

i been looking for this place for a long time and i have called them and they dont answer and really they are not there where they say and this is so bad for them i really dont know if they are in tucson offices and i want to know if they do have one here in tucson arizona . and if they do where is this office at and it say its open then you call them and dont answer at all .

Great customer service! I've been their customer many times and every time I am there they have helped me out. Now I already know what information to take with me to make the process easier/faster. I do understand that it is a loan and therefore the process needs detail, hence the time taken to get all information correct. Definitely recommend!!

Both ladies were extremely nice. No one "wants" to get a loan but they definately were helpful and honest. Vanessa was patient at obtaining the documents needed to process the loan. I recommend their services.

Not friendly and act like they don’t want to be there rude, won’t be using this place ever

Elvira was more than helpful & willing to work(the loan officer) but the Manger(Vanessa) was awful.. didn't care about the customer, the aproval or information. Also has that "lazy/whatever attitude " on top of being late to the store . And because its a spanish owned company she discretely talks about customer in spanish.VERY unprofessional , and she absolutley has the WRONG attitude for the job. Definitely needed the cash but I'll never refer someone to Vanessa ( off on mondays😉) nor will i return.

The two ladies that work there are so rude and lie. One told me what I needed and everything was ok, I went in and she was so mean and said loudly why would I bring the stuff I had. I told her I just talked to her and she told me to bring these documents in and everything was ok as is. She got upset and said she never said that. As she was yelling this the other lady who works there too giggled. I was so frustrated I just left, I knew neither one of them would have tried to help after that.

Elvira, was such a pleasure to work with on getting an increase on my current loan. She said she had only been working there 2 weeks. It did not seem like she was new Elvira was so organized and the process was quick and easy!! I love coming to Tio Rico that's why I been coming back for 5 years!

Okay here is my review! The beautiful lady who works on mondays by her self is absolutely amazing! She did everything in her power to help us out! Tuesday morning we showed up and waited for her. Open arms laughter and finding out they had a party they weren’t invited too! 😂! Thank you again for everything and congratulations on store of the year! Ya r amazing! Hope you both get a double bonus with an invention haha! Sincerely Jeremy ! ❤️

Didn’t even go in. Just called to ask a simple question. Loud music in the backround. Lady on the phone was rude and I’m a hurry to hang up.
