Lack of communication. Messed up in reading the contract accurately. Bad customer service by Closing Team 17. The initial Closing disclosure I received was off by $11k for me. I had to read up the contract to find all of their mistakes. Even after closing they had to reimburse me for almost $650 because of the mistakes they made. They weren't ready to accept their mistake until I sent proof to the BBB and lodged a complaint against them. That's when I got my money back. They also decided to keep the money to purchase the home warranty with themselves until I asked back for it. I got the money back but it was too late to sign up for a new home owner warranty plan. I wouldn't recommend Timios Title to anyone based on the experience I've had.

Yet again a great experience. Concerns were addressed immediately. A cranky out of town notary was put on the do not call list as soon as sellers email detailing issues was received. Excellent problem solving skills. Thank you!

I’m proud to say that I work for Timios Title. People genuinely care about each other personally and work together as a team. I feel honored to work with one of the most hard working/professional individuals I've come across in a very long time. Not only are they flexible with me attending to family matters if necessary, they treat me with respect, giving daily encouragement and feed me ( the whole office😋) on a regular basis. And my favorite part hands down is the laid back dress code ( shorts and flip flops are acceptable 😍) Each day is a new learning experience that I can learn from and I can count on my team to push me to take on new and challenging opportunities. Last but not least, I would like to recognize Ann and Leila, at the front desk, whom always welcome me with a smile and 10 hugs each day🤗. Inclosing, I feel fortunate to work with such an amazing team and if anyone ever gets fired from Timios, believe me when I say, they deserved it. I really like the transaction that took place by focusing it made it more convenient to also send documents by email. I would make recommendations to other people to your company.

The closing went smoothly and on time. However, upon completion I was informed that I needed to make a wire transfer. I was not aware of this until that time. I was sent Instructions via email to take to my bank which I did the next morning. I was charged $30 for the transfer. I contacted my loan officer to let him know the transfer was made and to question why I was not told in advance, only to find out that a wire transfer was not required and the notary should have accepted my personal check.

Tosha is a rock star!! She was great about making sure everything was scheduled in such a way that we were able to close and record before the Friday afternoon deadline so we got our keys in time to move in over the weekend!! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible to accommodate our seemingly ever-changing needs as we approached the signing and closing of our new home. Our experience with everyone in which we came into contact at Timios was fantastic!! We highly recommend them to others!

Called and explained the problem to a recording no return call from them over a few days this was my fourth call and never a person to talk to . I wouldn’t be calling them if it wasn’t important and I’m paying them for these services
