When choosing a lender, a lot of people will simply look for the lowest interest rate, the first company that pops up on Google, or whoever they’ve seen commercials for on TV. Don’t do that. You need someone who will have your back and take incredible care of you. You need Teddy. He is passionate about what he does, and has truly become a master of his craft. I just finished a transaction with him and it was the smoothest financing process I’ve ever seen!
