Hey Neil, I hear all the time how we can drive a nicer newer car but in reality the car might be “newer” or “nicer” but what’s the point if it has a bad motor? My friend decided to try this business out, Neil seemed pretty nice. They fitted my friend with a 2010 Mazda 3 with almost 200k miles. Car ran ok for 24 hours. After that time lower engine knock. These 2.0L motors not good anyways but to take advantage of a new customer I see not professional. Auto credit says nothing wrong with the car however I work on cars, I’m certified to due so and have worked at the Mazda dealerships so I can swear I know these cars and this car needs a new motor. So now my friend is stuck with an overpriced Mazda that will eventually leave her stranded when the motor goes. If you have to buy from this dealership my advise to you is to get an inspection from a non auto credit employee. Who wants to pay 8k for a car that needs a lot of work?

I bought my truck from the Post Falls lot my fiance bought her car here. At first they where helpful and respectful as a salesman are once she gave them $9000.00 it was a total different experience. There sales guy said he'd fill the car up then when I asked him about he basically call her and I both liars. And then to make things worse she had the car one day drove it to work and back and the transmission goes bad and it come to find out they knew about it cause they said that they knew exactly what part it was and that they had one. This car lot was my absolute worst car buying experience.

In order to look online at what they have you have you give your info. Seriously don’t waist my time or yours! Gas prices are high and I am not driving all over! Lady calls and I brought that up and was told how many cars they have but don’t list on there site. I let her know I was not pleased with having to give out my information just to see nothing on there site. And was told “well nobody forced you” in her smart tone! She clearly thinks she is better than everyone else. I will let everyone I know what that place is like! Don’t call me to be rude!

Had nothing but a great experience while in the process of purchasing. Got approved before I drove from out of town, had no problems. The only problem was that we worked out a deal to get a couple things fixed on the car that were all supposed to be done at once, drove up there for only 1 thing to be done, I had even told another salesman there what needed to be done and he said “oh ok” and literally walked away to go outside to smoke a cigarette. I told my salesman and he said he was going to talk to the GM, after that I haven’t heard anything. I tried to get updates and got no response. Had to call to get my plates sent in the mail and the guy that answered happened to be MY salesman and his whole attitude and tone of voice, you could tell he wasn’t pleased to talk. I now have to pay out of MY pocket to fix what THEY were supposed to replace.

You know I read some pretty bad reviews but since I bought this Jeep from them I took it in to them anyways. They did me solid. They were friendly straight up with me willing to work on payments and did what they could to get me out as inexpensive as possible. With costs of everything now days I ended up paying much less than I expected. Will be coming back next time I have problems

So auto credit ill be coming up to see you guys with my "winner" of a vehicle! I paid in full and overpaid at that, but I thought our salesman was nice so gave him and them the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to trade it back to your dealership.

Our of all the car dealerships that me and my husband went to to find a car this one was the worst. The salesmen when sleazy and just trying to make a fast buck off of you. I was shocked that they had a good rating on google. I wouldn’t recommend this place and if I could give them zero stars I would. Camp Chevrolet was a great alternative and I would recommend them to anyone!

Terrible experience. I will never buy from here again. It’s been 9 months since I purchased my vehicle and yet my WE OWE has not been fulfilled. Service manager is a flake. Sales manager doesn’t care. At least my sales man was kind and sympathizes with me but he can’t do anything to help me. Would never send anyone here.

Didn't have a clue what I wanted. We where able to test drive several different cars. Ended up getting a 2012 Hyundai Genesis. So far very happy with it.

This place is all jokes!!!!! You purchase car from them this month, next month you have so many problems with the car. Let say you have warranty & every time you make an appointment with their service department in person, they will always tell you that you didn’t make an appointment. They are all about fooling people. Whoever is considering purchase with them this year please don’t!!!!!!!you will regret it!!!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!

Service from Keyon was the best while we were making the purchase of the car BUT nothing after the sale. All the promises of them being there to help with any problem is BS. I have called the service department 5 times to schedule an appointment and can’t get a call back. I have also called Keyon for help getting an appointment 4 times and only get empty promises. Would never buy from this place again!!! Total schemers. Only reason I went there was because that is where the car I wanted was. Never again!

I was at this location yesterday to finance my first car and my experience was more than pleasant. The salesman Shawn Morgan was more than just helpful, he exceeded my expectations and I left with my first financed vehicle and I just went in to look. He was polite, respectful and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I left. He also handled my dad very well who can be sort of overwhelming as most dads are lol but over all it was a super good experience at this location and hopefully you’ll get Shawns service when you go to finance your first car!

Friendly staff yes... Noticed a problem with the rig they scheduled it to be fixed 2weeks out.. took the rig in at appt time and was told it would be about an hour. We came back after an hour just to find out that the mechanic put it up in the air and went to lunch..,..and went to lunch.... We drove an hour and a half just to get here and play the hurry up and wait game

I have bought two vehicles previously from other used car dealers. Both times I asked if they turned off any codes that would set off the check engine and both times I was lied to and told that they would never do that. I know they lied because once the check engine light lit up I took it to a mechanic that can tell by running the codes if the code had been deleted previously. I would absolutely blame myself for both instances because I didn’t have the car checked out prior to purchase. This time, however, was completely different. I found a car that I loved and I asked if I could have it checked out first. They were happy to accommodate me and I took it to my mechanic at Tune Tech. The car was in perfect condition, no engine or transmission problems, the only issue was a fussy power close door which the dealer had already informed me on. When we went into negotiations they worked with me on the price, and because we paid with cash we got a fantastic deal. I would 100% recommend this place! Just make sure that ANY time you buy a used car have it checked out by your personal mechanic first. It may cost a little extra but it is more than worth it.

Highly recommend Brian Jewell, at the valley location! I was wanting to trade in my old car and wasn't sure of my options. I had made an appointment over the phone. When i arrived, there was no time wasted. Brian appraised my old car quickly and gave me a great deal on it. Even got me into a car that I've been wanting, that same day. I'm very thankful that he took the time to listen to what I needed (good gas milage) and also what I wanted in a car. The guys at the valley location are very helpful and friendly!!

Walked in an hour from closing, & explained what I had for down payment and what my budget was and from there it was no issue in getting me in a vehicle. More awesome part is, me making my payments helps to build my credit. and they help anyone with some type of plan with good, bad, and or no credit. Also, I dont have my license yet, and that wasn't even an issue at all either... most car lots I ran into this problem but they had no issue working with me. Only thing is with no license they can only help with financing up to a certain amount. They stayed open past closing and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot I had initially gotten dropped off at lol ^_-.

They say they can roll negative credit, they say bad credit ok, I have great credit and they come back asking for a down of ALL my negative equity! What do you mean you roll negative equity?! 2 dollars worth?! Its a lie! They are no different from any other dealership. They will help everyone else in the store and you get passed up if you aren't there in person. You have to keep on top of them, or they don't call you. Its been horrible. If you have Negative Equity, don't bother!

They sold me a car with the break and abs lights on. I was ignorant and didn't understand what that implied. When I asked they said everything is fine, and they don't know why it's on. I ended up crashing the car on the highway because my breaks did not engage. I almost died because they don't really care about selling safe cars. Now I have a tremendous debt and no car. But at least I survived that death trap.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER BEING LIED TO, CUSSED AT, YELLED AT, MANIPULATED, AND CONTINUOUSLY MISTREATED BY THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS. My husband and I just spent over a month dealing with them. Through this time I've been called a liar, I have been yelled and cussed at over the phone by a sales representative, I've been lied to by multiple people in the sales department such as Marshall, a sales manager named Anthony, and many other sales representatives like Brian and Tony. They sold me a manual car with an e-brake that does not work, I've called many times to get an appointment and even gone down to the office to get it fixed but all appointments must be made over the phone but you cannot ever get a call back from anyone. I have had this car since the middle of May and I cannot get the e-brake fixed until 7/17/2019 at the earliest. They took over a month to submit a pay off request to the bank for a vehicle I was trading in. Tried on several occasions to get us to sign either blank paper work or inaccurate paper work. We were told due to an error on their part that we had 45 days to pay our down payment and then on day 30 we were told that would have never happened and we're liars for even thinking it was possible. We've not gotten a single apology for any of this, even though there were sales representatives that overheard the man on the phone yelling and cussing at me. I never again will purchase a car with a company that has no respect for their customers. I used to be a fan of this place, the last time I got a car through them it was pleasant, but this experience has been so far past horrific that I will never go back, and I will never say another good word about them. No customer should ever go through being yelled and cussed at, lied and manipulated, and treated like absolute trash by a company that wants their business. These people clearly just want your money and have no care of what they do to their customers to get it. If you could trust these shady people with a big financial decision like buying a vehicle for you and your family then go for it, but you cannot say you've not been warned about their shady actions.

Amazinnnnggg customer service from everyone there, they made my car buying experience super easy and made sure I got what I wanted. Specifically Rodger was awesome in helping me Choose a car and even bringing the price down 1,500+! So I could afford it. Highly recommend this place. They will help you find a car in your price range and make sure the payments and everything fits your budget amazing people, and beyond amazing service!

I showed up to get a new vehicle for work. Everything was going well... until the sales guy messed it up. At the very end of the sale, he asked me to provide references for "financial reasons." However, unlike most other places that simply require something like name and contact info, these guys wanted everything. Name, address, phone number, etc. I told them about my reservations about providing other people's personal information (barring contact info), and they told me it was federal law and how buying cars works. Now, I dunno if this is true or false, but if it's true it seems kinda shady. I'm inclined to believe it was false and that this was just a way for me to give these guys more marks for selling cars to, especially since I was not made aware of this step in the process until the very, very end of the transaction. To their credit they did give me my down payment back, but they seemed angry that I wouldn't provide this info, especially since at no point was I made aware that I would need to.

Was able to lock down a deal on a volvo xc60 for the wife. Go see Shipley, very helpful and considerate all around good guy. He will take care of you. Definitely will be a repeat customer when it's time to upgrade my truck.

AUTO CREDIT SALES IN THE VALLEY was the best experience I have had with a used car dealer!!!!!! I had a VERY difficult situation with my car ( one I got from a different dealership) that made it nearly impossible for me to trade it in. They all were SUPER NICE and explained everything to me on what was going on every step of the way! Anthony went ABOVE and WAY beyond his job and in the end although I didn’t get to trade in my car, we were able to get me in to a awesome car with in my budget. I have had many of horrible experiences with used car dealerships in the past but I know where I will be going for my next car in the future!!! Honestly, I was nervous that I would get turned down to finance but Marshall assured me that everything would be fine and sure enough I drive away in a car that I absolutely love. I'm not writing this review because I ended up getting a car from here. I'm writing it because I just wanted people to know about my experience with this place. I had been here once before but unfortunately they didn't exactly have a car I wanted there. I went back a week later and worked with Anthony (Excuse me, the AMAZING Anthony) and he went as far as to go all the way to the Post falls dealership to get my new (well, new to me) vehicle. He was polite, hilarious and generally knew how nervous I was going alone to buy my first car (but that doesn't mean I didn't know what to look for). He absolutely did everything he could to make sure I could get my car because I was in a huge need for it . Everyone there was professional and will take good care of you.

I had a fantastic experience with Kyle, he is very perosonable and respectfull. Helped me get into a new car to build my credit!

If I could rate LESS THEN 1 OR A NEGATIVE I WOULD ALL DAY LONG! Will NEVER go back OR recommend anyone including people I hate to go there!! I asked too many questions about the car I purchased and the financing they told me to leave and called the police. I found out this is COMMON practice for them! And the police are called often to the Valley lot! I finally received a letter from the finance company that rejected REJECTED the car NOT me!! That was a first for me! I went to a bigger more reputable lot the same day, found a better newer car and received financing on the spot. Drove off that night with my "newer" vehicle and had a great experience! So....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The service department manager Dave took amazing care of my car. We brought it in after being told we had a piston knocking. After going over my whole car he was able to determine that the issue with my car was no where near as bad. Thanks to his knowledge of our engine and type of vehicle he was able fix our car quickly and get it back to us the same day we took it in instead of a week later like we were expecting. He was fast, efficient and knew what he was talking about. He explained everything thoroughly to me and helped me understand my vehicle better. Dave took amazing care of us.

Single mom here. Saved for a long time. Took it in to get my dream rig. Mid way through changed my mind. Started having a panic attack and told mike i change my mind before i ever signed anything... He told me it was TO LATE. Left with a super expensive unsafe rusty tin box. Years of savings. I paid Mike a small fortune to take advantage of me. Worst feeling ever. I have left multiple messages and have yet to receive a call back. They all can't be bad but Mike took extreme advantage and lied multiple times. And when i would call him on it. Since i am just a woman how could i understand something complicated. I hate myself for allowing him to bully me. Most expensive mistake i will ever make in my life.

Customer service is great... the whole 7 dollar down is false advertising because they needed 2k down...so didn't end up getting a car.

So about a month ago me and my wife purchased a car from them not a bad looking car running pretty good for about 2 days then the transmission started slipping they were working with us at first they were going to get us in another car but now instead they're just going to replace the transmission we have now had the car for over a month and have drove it less than 2 days and still do not get any communication from them very disappointed I have reached out to him multiple times myself and my wife has spoke to them but they do not give her the information that we need. So because of that I will give them a one star at this time

Our sales associate was very polite and made sure we were happy with what we test drove. Christopher is the type of person we enjoy working with, not pushy and very friendly. The parking lot was very clean and easy to walk around on with me having to use a walker. With all the paperwork needed to buy a car it took us over three hours

I just wanted to tell whoever is in charge that they are not helping anyone. I understand that no one made me buy the car I did from you guys but I had trusted that you guys wouldn't rip me off so bad. The vehicle you sold me has a rusted out hole in the frame, which obviously could not have formed in the very short time I have owned it. This repair is estimated to be over $5000. It is also not covered in anyway by your costly warranty that basically never gets used. Honestly, I expected more from you guys. Very disappointed.

I purchased a vehicle from them I have $500 for a down payment they told me that would be fine I ended up walking away after paying 1750 for a down payment I got a 2003 Honda Element which had massive oil leaks that the mechanics cannot figure out where it's coming from Paid $290 for them to fix one starter went out another five hundred something dollars now the TPMS sensor is it going to cost more this car is literally falling apart

I purchased my Truck from Auto Credit Sales on Sprague near University. It has been the best vehicle I have ever owned! Over three years now and counting, only gas and oil changes! Reliable vehicles at affordable prices not to mention the friendly staff. Have heard through the grapevine that isn't the case with the North location, however their sales crew will HAPPILY have any vehicle transported to their lot. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will track it down for you!

My wife and i had boughten few car from Auto Credit. Now when my wife and I went in. We where ignored. The salesman who approach us didn't even want to take the time to discuss what we came to buy and look. What we came here for a Mazda tribute unfortunately for us it was sold. Before he can tell us it was sold he drove up in a dirty inside and out old jeep that look it came from junk yard. Saying I can get you guys into this now. Like no I don't want that jeep. What else do you have. Instead of helping us he just went on to help someone else there and kept us waiting so we left with no help at all. Then on top of that been trying to a rig from Hayden Idaho shop to transfer to valley. Still no reply or nothing just ignored. If this is how Auto Credit is runned now. This is how they treat there customers. I wouldnt recommend Auto Credit in the Spokane valley to nobody. Your staff needs a total change of attitude and how to treat customers..

Big shout out to Mike Vaughn at the valley auto credit! I really needed a new car, didn't have the money to buy one right out, and I had an older vehicle to get rid of which I LOVED. I brought in my older vehicle, and Mike traded my old car in & made sure I left in a new car that was a newer make and model of my old car! I am so happy to have been able to stay in the same make and model of SUV because I have 3 kids and the SUV just fits my family perfectly! Thank you Mike Vaughn. You're awesome!

These guys are so unprofessional and disrespectful. They will just hang up on you. Any complications at all and it's the end of the world to them and they become negative towards you.

As soon as we walked on the lot, the crew here made us feel welcome. I personally dealt with Marshall and Kevin, and they were both professional, but personable at the same time. I appreciate that they weren't overbearing or pushy, but we're quick to help us with whatever our demands were. They had nice cars with good prices. Even the finalizing process was smooth and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them so I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Mark is such an amazing salesman! My little family of three wanted to finance our first car. He was able to get us into exactly what we were looking for in our price range. If anyone is looking for a car I recommend seeing him! More personally he had a great sense of humor and was very patient with our toddler. He was straight forward with everything and how the process went and overall an honest man. He was very helpful with choosing the right insurance for us as well

We traded our car in for an older but bigger vehicle with equal payments and longer terms. I didn't feel very appreciated here as I have at other dealerships in the past, and received rather condescending help. We did get the vehicle we wanted and have had it a week and already spent a few hundred dollars to keep it running (mostly basic stuff like battery, ac charge, filters, and spark plugs) which I feel like a dealership should check and replace those little things when they sell a used car, having all those little things dead within a week makes me worry the bigger stuff wasn't inspected like we were led to believe it was. Overall it was a decent used car dealership with a fairly large inventory, but if I were to do it again I would probably take my business elsewhere for two primary reasons 1) poor inspection work on a used car they sold 2) left with a feeling like there was an inside joke and we were the punch line.

Told me to come in and get my car and told them that I can't afford to come in to be told no and is irritating

Just bought a fuel efficient car from Dylan, couldn't be happier.

We were sold a 2013 grand caravan that had a salvage title, but Jules told us it went through an "EXTENSIVE" amount of checks before being sold on the streets. Which not even 6 months later is a complete lie!! we had to fix the front bearings, the transmission has a leak, and we have to fix all of the motor mounts. Was told by Jules we had a 6 month cover on transmission and engine issues but when we call about that we were told it doesn't apply to salvage titles. I have called and left a couple of messages for the shop and no one bothers to call me back cause they hear transmission issues even though we will pay for service. We trusted them to find us a reliable car for our family and ended up being a ticking time bomb!! would never recommend them to anyone.

I would just like to give a shout out to Jon our salesman. He took the time to teach my daughter how to drive a stick, lol. Then he gave us a 6 month power train warranty, which we have utilized twice! I have never been given a warranty on a used car. In fact I expected to do repairs as I always have with used cars. I expected the worst and got the best!! Thank you to Jon and the team, your the best!!

I would definitely recommend this car lot to anyone, my fiance and I bought a vehicle from the post falls lot that we got completely screwed on all around. Anthony, Kevin and the general manager of this lot helped us get out of that car and into a better one without us having to mess up our credit in doing so. I really appreciate all they did for us. Including getting the work done on the vehicle that it needed before driving it off the lot. So with that being said they really have come out of their way to help us out. And definitely changing our minds on the business.

My girlfriend and I had went in to buy a truck at the end of March, the truck was 8k... back side window broke. He offered to take $$ off if we wanted to fix it ourselves. He ended up taking 2k off. Found out that no safety inspection had been done on it. Also they added a $800 warranty on there with out even telling us. (It’s supposed to be optional). Good thing though because not even a month after owning it, the entire back end collapsed WHILE my girlfriend was driving.. shocks, drive line, axels, and rear differential. I called them to let them know what was going on. After they stopped answering my calls I went in and asked what we could do about it and said they would fix it. Now why would I have them fix something that should have never happened in the first place. Because they don’t care what leaves their lot. And they Wouldn’t let us trade it in for a different vehicle. Didn’t have a lender vehicle. NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER.. my girlfriend is driving again and what happens? The whole underneath falls out. So I call them and he says “well we can look at it, I know sometimes we get default parts” excuse me? I’m tired of putting our family’s life at risk every day. Worst company ever.

Shane the manager is amazing. We had been emailing back and forth for a little while before I could make it in and when I came in he remembered exactly who I was what I wanted and helped me get the best car for my family at a great price. Honestly, I made out better than the dealership fantastic car. Fantastic staff and what a relief to get financing when you have less than perfect credit! Thank you so much!!!!

I had been looking for a certain truck for the last couple of months, I just happen to find the one I wanted here and I can't get over how friendly the staff was from sales, credit department and the service guys. There was no added pressure to get me into something I couldn't afford or try to sell me something I didn't need. Had a couple concerns about the truck and before it was said and done service manager Dave had it all taken care of. Have came back in a few times since purchase and all the salesmen are super friendly. Just want to say thank you for the best car buying experience if of my life. Will highly recommend to everyone I can.

Had a pretty good experience when I went like 6 months ago.. The payments are a bit expensive, but it was only 500$ down then they gave me like 6 weeks to pay the other 500. Even pushed back my first payment to help with the other downpayment. They also payed my first month of car insurance. So overall I'm very happy that I went there. I love my Jeep! ... Also I know 3 other people who have cars from them and they are all satisfied.

AUTO CREDIT SALES is AWESOME!!!! I just bought a used car today. The whole experience was easy, excellent salesman MARSHALL!! He helped me by picking out the perfect car on the first try. That's because he LISTENED to me and my needs. The credit manager was very generous with my trade in AND they gave me a monthly payment BELOW my budget requirement. Marshall did not give up on me, by calling me regularly. I was very busy working, and he kept trying. Very personable and professional!! Run don't walk away!!! They would get 0 starts if it was an option. They tried to sell me a 2011 Honda Civic that had flood damage from a hurricane. If they didn't know about the flood damage, then they are an embarrassment for not inspecting their vehicles properly. If they did, then they are your typical POS car salesmen. I suspect they are considering they were willing to go almost $3,000 under blue book value without much fight. If this is how you run business, I hope someone sues them and puts them out of business.

Go into valley auto credit and talk to Marshall! He's great, honest, and 100% very reliable and will definitely make sure you leave happy with a great car! It is one thing to blatantly ignore local and state mandates on wearing masks, as a customer seeing employees not wearing masks makes me fee as if the staff is uncaring of the health of their customers. Staff was generally not knowledgeable, and everything he told us the manager came out and said the opposite of what was said. Also, your entire business is run on the idea of “zero credit, bad credit, we always say yes”, which is great, except that standard is not withheld. Came to this lot expecting them being able to work with an 18 y/o with no credit. Because of the miscommunication between staff and the manager this led to a very rude and unprofessional conversation between us and the manager, wanting to work with us after the fact is asinine. Also threw his employee under the bus for being new. Generally not a good experience.
