I would have given this place 5 stars. Everyone there is amazing. Except one. They have an employee named Hillary. If you can go on a day Hillary isn't there, you're experience will be positive. Pro tip I'm pretty sure she doesn't work on weekends. If you walk in and see her, just walk out and go later or another pawn1; its worth the drive. Sundays seem to be her day off. You're welcome. Thank you to the rest of the crew there, you guys are fantastic!!

Always go here first when I'm looking for video games, systems, or accessories for my systems. If they don't have it they will help you track it down, usually. They offer protective plans so I feel better about buying a used system, and I always get a decent amount of games for the prices I would end up paying for new games somewhere else.

I was very excited that the new girl at this location was able to find me Men in Black 1 2 and 3. I couldn't believe my teenage son hadn't seen them yet. We had almost rented on Amazon glad we took a chance on Pawn 1. Will always check there first before we rent or pay full price for old school movies!

I have been dealing with Pawn 1 for many years and have visited several of their locations. This location has some of the best employees. They are friendly and helpful and always make me feel like my business is appreciated.

I've been doing business with this location since 2005 and they've always been great, no matter if I'm selling or buying. I recently had some beat up trumpets that I saved from going to the landfill and though they didnt take them, they recommended another local business that fixed and loaned to children. Anyway, all pawn 1 locations have good items and jewelry. Their north division store has a ton of instruments and all locations have always been fair and really cool!

Have started going to this pawn one more and more because of Dylan, he is a great guy to see working at that store. Now I look for Dylan every time I go the valley pawn 1. He is great for all things pawn, from tools knifes to fishing rods and tires, he does it all Pawn 1 should definitely consider Dylan as a manager.

Best! Place to get a loan on anything, I pawned my car title they gave me exactly what I was asking for and they took care of my car, got it back and it was exactly like I left it. I would highly recommend going here for any pawns they have an amazing staff always trying to get you the most money for your pawn! 5/5 for everything!

Hilary is the definition of perfect customer service. She is SO knowledgeable and so helpful and makes everyone around her feel welcome and attended to. THIS WOMAN DESERVES A PROMOTION! I have never had this good of customer service before ever in my life. Thank you so much pawn one I LOVE YOU!!!!

I needed a very specific tool, which is apparently not stocked ANYWHERE any more. I called them up and they happened to have one in stock! Exceptionally friendly staff, they sold it for a great price. The store was nice and clean.

The staff has always been nothing short of kind, friendly, and helpful to me and my family. I've purchased countless items from these guys and have yet to be disappointed in price and quality. If I'm interested in a particular item that they don't have, they take the time to call other locations for it. Of all the Pawn 1 locations, E Sprague is my number one go to. I absolutely love this location!

This place was terrible, the lady was rude when I came in. And I ended up walking out the door. I deal with the pawn 1 on Sprague and Freya alot and they are much better to deal with. I do not recommend going to this particular pawn 1 for anything.

I have had multiple great experiences at this pawn shop due to the customer service shown in the store. Among all the people there, Dylan has stood out to me the most as being an all around great representative of the Pawn 1 store with his friendliness and product knowledge. Thank you Dylan! Will definitely be continuing to shop here.

This particular pawn shop has terrible customer relations with the general public. I say this from multiple experiences at this location. I have been lied to, I have even been turned away with gold because they did not like the design of the piece so I asked if they could test the gold for me and they refused!! And I quote " it's not worth my time " !! besides the one other customer being helped there was no body else no lines nobody it wasn't even close to closing either. I have even been yelled at by a manager whose name starts with the letter H for locking my bike up to the handle of a lawnmower outside. And they are over priced. The over all feeling I get at this location is they are very snobbish.

The workers here are incompetent. I brought in a condenser microphone and they tried to plug it into an amplifier to use and then embarrassed me by telling me in front of everyone that it was broken. Condenser mics are only meant to use on a computer. Employees are rude please don't go here ever

I never use to shop here until I found out my all time favorite employee works here! Mary is a rock star with customers! She remembers your name and always asks how things are going. She cares about people and you can tell that she loves her customers. Hire more like her and you'll have a ton of happy customers!! Plus they have $1 dvds!

Employees have substandard customer skills. It's really bad dealing with them. They sell broken over-priced junk then have the audacity to have a condescending snotty attitude with people. I can afford to buy anything I want in there and I stop in once in a while looking for a bargain and for something I might like to have at a good price, but they don't have that. Besides that, the workers act like it's a privilege to talk to them because we are wasting their precious time. I've gone in that store a dozen times because my shop was close, but I experienced the poor attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME. The place is a joke with over-priced broken JUNK!! <b>Not recommended.</b>

I had a fantastic time. My experience was informative and friendly. Mary went above and beyond to help me. Armand taught me a few things about the items i was putting in pawn. Overall time was awesome! Thank you all.
