Very punctual and always there to help! Friendly and personable. Highly recommend them 😁 I personally went through a lot of hurtles with a home (no fault to them) but they helped me through the entire process and always kept me updated. The team that helped me was Brandy, Sarah, and Alisa. Great team!

When we started to look for a home to purchase we had to be prequalified before we could visit homes of interest. That’s when Laura from fairway stepped in on a Saturday and got us approved so we could look at homes. We made an offer and Laura started the loan process. We always knew what was next, we were never left guessing. Laura at Fairway, is the only place to put your trust, when looking to purchase a home. Everything is made simple because of her knowledge an willingness to to be contacted at anytime.

Team Ellis (my team of workers) did an amazing job! Brandy and Alisa were always there for us, answering any questions we had and keeping us posted on each step. Brandy became a friend and not just a person at the end of the phone and emails. They all made the stress of buying a home from Texas, while living in California an easier experience. I would get everything in writing with these people. DO NOT take their word for anything. Gave them 2 stars because we closed on time. If you’ve bought a home before you will quickly realize when they are trying to hype you up regarding your “new home”. They will use terms like “you’re walking away with cash in hand”. Which to a first time buyer may sound great. Again, if you’ve purchased a home before you understand that this isn’t cash in hand, it’s cash you have to save for taxes. I think they’re shady and there are plenty of other options out there especially if you’re military.

Nicky and the team were super helpful through the whole process. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions that might have seemed silly but they were patient and always quick to respond.
